Max was extremely helpful with the order, if ordering from Ireland I would recommend minimum of 14 days for delivery as there was issues with courier but Max was extremely helpful in sorting it out.

Would buy again but allow time for delivery next time

I am very happy with the wooden slice display plate from Lost Land Interiors which will be used as a base for my daughter’s wedding cake - my only criticism would be that it took longer to arrive than expected so would advise not to leave it too late to place an order.

Just bought a new house and needed to deck it out. Found exactly what I needed at this fantastic online store. The range of furniture available is vast, from chic tables to handy storage units. Each piece is well-made and stylish, and was delivered right on time. The customer service was dream - so helpful and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Nicely crafted and functional soap dish. Looks lovely on the side of my sink and stops my soap from getting soggy - highly recommended!

Ordered 3 weeks ago, got an email same day saying that my item wasn't available due to their mistake. No contact since then except for an email from the managing director saying he is out of the office and promising to reply to my chase up emails. No reply 2 days later. No refund. I am pursuing legal route, badly run businesses should not harm honest consumers.

In the aftermath of the above review my emails have been responded to and I have now received a full refund for the item that was out of stock. Thank you Lost Land Interiors.

No communication, no service, no goods. Very poor company. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for goods which were in stock, according to their website. I received a confirmation email but nothing since. As others have said, the phone number goes straight to ansaphone and I have had no acknowledgement or response to my follow up emails. So I'll need to go through the hassle of claiming my money back via the bank, as well as being without the goods I needed for a particular project. Avoid this company...it's either a total scam or completely inefficient...the result is the same for the customer!
Update....I have been contacted by the company to say they had missed my order and will send it to arrive in 3 to 5 days time. I shall change this review to a more positive one when my goods arrive.
Further update...my glass goods have just arrived, very well packed and no damage....so all very good in the end.....review has moved from 1 to 3 stars. I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't had the hassle.

On the whole superb. The original package was incorrect but quickly rectified.

Unfortunately I received my garden urn planter damaged, despite being beautifully packaged by Lost Land Interiors…I contacted customer service and a replacement was sent out that day…excellent service 😊

Great price, fast delivery! Haven’t unpacked the gate yet but all is good so far.

18/05/23 we have assembled the gate/arbor and it was really straightforward. It’s very well constructed and the instructions were good. It looks great. 👍

Placed an order, received zero updates/ notifications. Tracking my items was arduous, I was directed to a 3rd party and had to download an app that required excessive access to my device.
Emailed Lost Land numerous times and called to no avail.
After chasing for over a week and a half, I finally got a response yesterday. I requested a refund as they no longer had my items in stock.

I'm still waiting for Lost Land to get back to me about my refund.😕

I love the items I bought, unfortunately one arrived broken (from transit) and Lost Land Interiors were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Very pleased with their service and products :)

The Company had a fast delivery process and were very responsive in any queries. The product was as described and of good quality.
