Ordered honey mid March, never received, lack of communication, wrong details provided, very poor service, will not be ordering from here ever again, going through the bank to retrieve money as no refund provided, no accountability

We chose the gift package for a friend and she was very happy receiving them. Delivered earlier than said, well packaged and excellent products. We have personally tried the sidr honey with black seed and really like it.

Avoid at all costs, honestly!

I placed an order on 07/03/2026 and since then… I’ve sent 7 emails with absolutely no response.
Delivery was promised within 7 days, yet nothing has arrived.

What’s even more concerning is that their customer service appears to be blocking customer emails, making it impossible to get in touch.

I ordered for delivery in Paris — not on another planet.

If I do not receive any response by Friday, I will take further action, including filing a formal complaint.
