I ordered the wizard detangler, but they sent me the silicone free one. I reached out for an exchange over a week ago and they haven’t responded. Can I please swap for the spray with the silicone?

The best of the best!
Absolutely ADORE this company. The products are great and have helped my hair so much. There has not been a product I have not liked or just liked. I have Absolutely loved them all. Their customer service is top notch. They make sure your taken care of and are eager to help you. Definitely one of the best companies out there for sure.

Shipping is incredibly slow
I purchased my items October 3, they shipped October 6, and I still have not received them as of October 21 and have no estimated arrival date. This happened last time I ordered from you as well. I don't know what's going on, but taking 3 weeks to ship people's orders is unacceptable. I'm not asking for 2 day shipping, but there's got to be some sort of happy medium here.
