Items non returnable cos of bad packaging!

This item was too big - not at all suitable. I took it out of the box but replaced it again and never used it BUT THE CO WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! I am disgusted and will NEVER use this site again. I have returned the item at my expense - please can I have my money back?

All of our items come with detailed size and function specifications. The vibrator you purchased states it's size in 3 separate places within the name and product description.

As per our terms and conditions, customers are responsible for posting back items which aren't faulty or incorrect. We cannot process any refunds until the item gets back to us.

Excellent service, excellent prices. I've ordered from love angels.ie numerous times online. They have an extensive collection of goodies to choose from, quick delivery and discreet packaging. Very reliable and its great to support a local business.

Package was fully opened when it arrived. So will not be used now as can't be trusted a wast of 125 euro.

As per our terms and conditions "Before we ship out any product we do a full visual check and test battery and rechargeable items before being packed up and shipped out to you. For this reason you may notice your product was opened for testing before being processed. This is to guarantee you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from us."

We have found that this method eliminates the chance of our customers receiving factory faulty items and delaying their enjoyment.
