Disappointing quality check/ customer service.
Bought a variety of items, one dildo was damaged and I had to come up with a suitable compromise solution to get the item exchanged for a replacement as they were trying to get me to foot the costs of travelling to a suitable collection point for their "free" return (would have had to travel to different county to drop it off), I had to pay to return it and they refunded me after I outlined the law in relation to their responsibility for the item and ANY return costs. So I did the work to save THEM money on the return.
Got sent a replacement and was assured it was checked with a special sticker on the box, after about 5 uses the replacement item has same damage where a chunk of material comes off under the "head", so don't trust the quality checks or the items sold being skin-safe :/.

We are very sorry you are disappointed with our customer care. As part of our terms and conditions, we offer a free return through GLS parcel shops. You stated that the nearest one available to you was inconvenient due to the distance, at which we agreed for you to post the faulty item back to us through An Post, along with a copy of the receipt. Once we received the parcel, your refund for the postage was processed immediately (due to banking regulations, this may take 3-5 business days to appear back in any account) and shipped out another item same day, which was checked prior to shipment to ensure it did not have the same defects upon inspection.
Unfortunately manufacturer faults do occur at times but we strive to ensure our customers are in safe hands when picking their items. We attempted to make the return and replacement of your faulty item as easy as possible for both parties which was accomplished within 5 e-mails on the day of your initial contact and dealt with swiftly once the faulty goods were received.
Discreet packaging x2. Really good :)
I am very happy with love angels; the products, the prices, the packaging which was an outer one and then an inner one. I will order again and am happy to recommend.
