Ik wacht al ruim een maand op een uitbetaling van slechts €200. Ik wordt door elke medewerker via de online chat en mail aan het lijntje gehouden met hetzelfde smoesje dat de uitbetalingen vertraging op hebben gelopen door de "grondige controle" die zij doen bij elke aanvraag. Auszahlungen werden nach über 3 Wochen nicht bearbeitet, der Kundenservice bricht den Live Chat ständig ab.
Aus E-Mails wird garnicht reagiert obwohl man sein Konto schließen möchte.

Ich warte seit über 1 Monat auf 1100€ bis die Auszahlung bearbeitet wird vom Casino.

Die Lizenz ist ebenfalls nicht echt und das Casino wird somit auch nicht kontrolliert. Die Spiele laufen auch sehr schlecht, man muss teilweise 300-400 Umdrehungen machen bis erst Freispiele kommen. Die Gewinne sind den sehr klein auf 4,00€ Einsatz bekommt man 38€ als Gewinn.
