Great quality and the handles look absolutely perfect on the new kitchen.
£7.50 for delivery is a bit steep though for order £100.

Our standard carriage rate is £5 for orders under this value and unfortunately give the weight and quality of the products and that we send via courier this is the rate we are charged. We do not profit from carriage.

Sue your review is very unjust given delivery has been attempted on three occasions as per the tracking applied to your account.
The first attempt was 01.08.23 at 16.41
The second attempt was 02.08.23 at 12.34
The third attempt was 03.08.23 at 8.39
All the attempts where made to the property address you supplied on your order.
We are happy to arrange another delivery attempt should you still wish or if you would prefer we can arrange a refund if you are not available to take delivery.

Really good wardrobe handles
Ordered wardrobe handles, came a a few days later than expected because the wrong address was put in by the delivery service but as soon as I contacted customer service they sorted the issue out straight away and I received my handles. Very good quality and great customer service! Had a good experience

Customer placed an order for an out of stock item and was advised it would not be in stock until 19.06.23. We offered a refund or the opportunity to wait. Customer chose to wait. Called yesterday 13.06.23 and requested a refund as item had not arrived. Refund was issued and in customers account within minutes of the request.
