Terrible company

Terrible company. Bought a pair of shorts for the wife via Debenhams online. They were far to small. Emailed Lovelace twice to see how to return the product as instructed on the Debenhams return page and have received no e mail back. Will complain to Debenhams as they shouldn't allow a company to sell via their website who dont allow returns. I think they want you to give up if they never reply. Not happy.
They finally contacted back and asked in an email why I was returning the shorts, even though I had told them twice. They are now asking for photos of the front and back of the shorts, photos of the packaging it was sent in and photos of the tags and labels. They will then let me know if I can return the shorts. The shorts were sent to us with no labels or tags. People beware this company does not want returns!!

Shocking company

Shocking company! I ordered through debenhams and im now trying to deal with customer services which is a complete nightmare! Im trying to return a pair of shoes that took weedks to arrive and don't fit, and they are doing everything to make it as difficult as possible to return them, and using delay tactics. These are a £60 pair of shoes, money i can't afford to lose. Avoid this company, its been a lengthy and expensive transaction.

Customer service re returns is terrible

Bought a bunch of blouses through Debenhams. They arrived 8 days after the latest predicted delivery date and therefore missed the event I ordered them for.
I contacted customer services to return the blouses and have encountered nothing but obstruction. First email I got back was a confused email about how "they saw the blouses were delivered and I loved them". Their words, not mine.
After sending another email repeating the same desire to return because of a missed delivery deadline, I was asked for a reason (which I have by this point given twice) and additionally, a bunch of pictures of the item and it's tags, and it's condition.
This company clearly counts on you giving up on the returns process by making it has convoluted as possible, so fair warning.

RETURN ITEM TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered through debenhams I ordered a cushion inserts i thought it was for 4 and I ordered 1 which was my fault as I never read properly trying to return is a absolute nightmare said they could send digital label which then said they havnt got one and sent a link to print a label and could only send back if i take to next town near me 4 mile away to a certain shop explained I don't have printer and I don't drive i have had nothing back still not happy at all terrible customer service
