Lovescotch is always my go to for anything whiskey related. My dad is a whiskey lover and any bottle he’s asked for I’ve been able to find on this site! From their Macallan selection to Glenlevit- they have everything I’ve looked for. And their item descriptions always help me out when I’m looking for something new.

I was a little nervous about delivery timing, but customer service was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on exactly where my package was and when it would arrive. This Christmas, I was looking for some good whiskey and scotch bottles that I can send as gifts to a couple of friends. I came across LoveScotch.com and was mind blown by their selection. i’d put zero if i could. still no ship after almost a month. Terrible communication from them. Don’t waste your time. i’m going to cancel now. still says preparing to ship!!! I sent you the date and order number. When I called to check on my order a month later, I was told you didn’t have it in stock. How awful to take an order when you never were going to fill it.

When i started ordering from these guys it was very good.
Now, orders are delayed, communication is poor and they really don't care. If I ever get the latest order it will be the last.

Ordered a bottle of Macallan 15 year Double Oak and Glenfiddich 14. Everything arrived nicely packed and in good shape. I missed the first delivery attempt but luckily worked with there customer service team to make sure I was there for the next attempt by Fedex.

I ordered something an paid a super expensive shipping fee for it to arrive way before our engagement party. And this was a big thing that my fiancé wanted. I wanted to surprise him.! Anyways long story short it never arrived at the time I wanted. Even after paying the heavy expensive fee. So I sent it back with ups without opening it when it did get here. I sent it back since June 8th! It is now July 6 about to be a whole month that this issue still hasn’t been resolved. I keep emailing them since they received it which was since the 8th of June that I sent it back, they received the package on jun 16th. Since then I been emailing them and they haven’t responded to any of my emails about issuing me a refund. I have contacted them so many times. One time one of them answered and said that the shipment hasn’t arrive at their warehouse yet! Even after I sent him the ups tracking information proof! Until now they still haven’t answered me or issued me a refund! I’m super pissed! Don’t use these scammers they are fraudulent! Not a good business!

I’ve ordered from LoveScotch a few times
I’ve ordered from LoveScotch a few times now, and honestly, they’ve been great every single time. The selection is insane, they carry bottles I can’t find locally, including some rare ones I’d been hunting for forever.
Shipping is fast, and everything always arrives well-packed and in perfect shape. You can tell they actually care about getting it to you safely, which I really appreciate. My latest order showed up today with two free nosing glasses that I was not expecting.

Stock information was wrong on their website. They still allowed an order to be processed. Then told me they couldn’t complete the order and still have my money. The customer service is absolutely awful. The management of this company should be ashamed. I really recommend you do not use these people.

You charge You lose! Beware!
No phone contact. No accurate shipping. Supposedly LoveScotch recalled order the day the order was out for delivery. All excuses however quick to charge your credit card now the hassle of the dispute process. Do not do business with this company (if you can call it that)!
