So ridiculous i hate the policy that I cant exchange (obv understanding that I would not bring it back after using it) the package wasn't even open. I spent 171.67 on a bra n underwear pair, stocking, and full piece design for product that is victora secret standard but charges like that. That manager lied and said that this material was stretchy and it wasn't. Wasn't even go to bring that one back because I wore it. It really suck that nothing can be done i told that manager that if she helped me out I would put u guys on my Instagram but the manager said she couldn't help me

Alea was easy to talk to and very inoformative,had a great experience !

The sales clerk talked me into getting a specific toy. She gave me misinformation but when I later contacted the store they refused to do anything about it. Aside from the misinformation, this is a cheaply made product and not at all a premium one. The vibrations, sucking and heating are all very weak and you can hardly feel them. I wouldn’t recommend this product or the store.
