The item itself was beautiful, and delivery swift. I had made an error with an engraving so I reached out to the company. They calked me straight away, rectified the issue and sent out a new item that I received the next day! Amazing! Customer service like this is so hard to come by these days. Highly recommend Love Silver.

Had an issue with my item, I was asked to return it to be looked at, LoveSilver refunded my postage to send back the item, it was corrected and returned to me promptly and perfect, I am so happy with my personalised pendant, and have bought one before from LoveSilver, plus the customer service was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

Not only did I receive very good advice prior to submitting my order but the delivery was prompt and the item was as usual ( I had ordered before from this company) of very good quality and well priced! I changed my mind about the engraving I had submitted so my fault...they contacted me to agree to alter but the original had already gone through....they sent the original with a fully paid return and the final bracelet which was beautiful...no qualms at all ....both'arrived before expected...excellent customer service..thank u x

I ordered this for my son and thought it was such high quality, that i bought one for my daughter and loved that one even more. They are very weighty and look stunning and expensive. The customer service was amazing as I needed to swap a chain for a different length. They were quick, professional and helpful. I will be definitely be ordering again!

This is an exceptional company to deal with, not only do they have beautiful, mud range price silver items but they have exceptional customer service. They also are very fast to not only respond to orders (delivered next day) they are also super quick to respond and solve any issues. My mum has spent £80 on a personalised necklace for my 40th and she is so disappointed by the quality.

It’s thin, has rough edges and is a £30 item maximum not £80

I know we won’t be able to return it due to it being personalised so just reviewing in case others waste this kind of money on it

I was given a necklace for my birthday which was bought originally via eBay from a relative. It was the wrong length for me so I contacted the seller and was sent the right length necklace for free. The other is now on its return back. Big thanks to Ben for sorting this out for me 😊 would recommend and buy from in future.

Was so excited to receive my custom necklace. At the beginning, it looked so beautiful but within less than just over two weeks of wear (not to bed, in the shower or every single day) it had completely snapped in half. I then thought it to have possibly been a faulty one so I bought a second, which I must admit did last significantly longer, but did the exact same thing. Unfortunately, I wasted over £100 on two very poor quality necklaces and was refused a refund or replacement despite the poor quality. Don't buy.

Excellent service, I initially ordered the wrong size, prompt reply and couldn't have been more helpful!

I purchased the Sterling Silver Two Disc Engraved Medical Alert Necklace with the Star of Life for my daughter, opting for an upgrade to 960 Argentium Silver at an additional cost, bringing the total to over £70. Within just two days of wear, the Star of Life component fell off, leaving the necklace defective and completely unfit for its intended purpose.
When I contacted Love Silver to report this issue, providing photographic evidence and requesting a return for what is clearly a faulty item, their response was nothing short of appalling. Rather than take accountability, they accused me of using force on the necklace and claimed that, because it is a personalised item, they would need to inspect it. Furthermore, they refused to cover the insured return postage costs, placing the burden entirely on me, the customer!
Under UK consumer law, a product that fails within such a short timeframe is unequivocally faulty, entitling the purchaser to a full refund. Love Silver’s refusal to uphold their legal obligations and their attempt to impose unnecessary hurdles demonstrates a complete disregard for both their customers and the law. This experience has left me with no confidence in their business practices or customer service standards. I will not waste my time or money returning an item that should never have failed in the first place. Instead, I am sharing my experience publicly to warn others about this company’s behaviour and lack of accountability.
Potential customers should exercise caution before purchasing from Love Silver. Their refusal to honour consumer rights and address product quality issues is alarming and deeply concerning.

was a little skeptical after reading a few reviews, however I had a great experience. Karen from their customer service team was amazing- so helpful and attentive. Having brought an engraved ring for my 1 year old god son to keep unsure how the quality of the silver will hold up with tarnishing etc ( but it is hallmarked so I don't see why it wouldn't)
All in all great experience with LoveSilver and would purchase from them again.
