First class service from LoveSkirting. Purchased a mahogany sill, beautiful wood and perfect condition despite the transport. It had been wrapped and was very well protected for transport. Timely delivery.

Delivery service is awful, avoid. Don’t tell you they’ll dump it on the ground floor then phone to tell you they’ve left it there. Will not use again :(

The order that you placed with us was delivered by our third-party courier, DX and we apologise sincerely for the inconvenience that occurred. Due to the weight and size of the products that we send out, the drivers may not always be able to deliver these straight to your front door if you live in an apartment block and these may be left in a safe place on the ground floor for you to collect.

Avoid avoid avoid customer service is disgustingly bad they are your sadly typical online sales company!! They poor reviews and score is there for a reason as they will do zero to help you but gladly take restocking charges when they have sent wrong products zero help whatsoever. AVOID AVOID AVOID there are better reviewed companies out there who still accept that and acknowledge customer care. This company does not order with them at your own risk!!

I can see that you contacted our Sales Team regarding the order that you recently received from us and explained that you weren’t happy with the product as it was a different colour to what you had previously received from us. Our Technical Team assessed the image that you had sent over and confirmed that the previous item you ordered was an Oak Unfinished product and the new item you ordered from us was an Oak Lacquered product.
We explained that due to the finishes of the products being different, that these would differ in colour. We advised that if you were unable to use the item you had received, you could return this to us and receive a refund so that you could place a new order for the correct item. We did also offer waiving the restocking fee for you on this occasion. This offer was declined by yourself.
We are extremely sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service that has been provided and if you do wish to discuss this any further, please do not hesitate to contact our Sales Team via email or Live Chat.

I ordered a hardwood sill a few weeks…
I ordered a hardwood sill a few weeks ago and after a week wondered why it had not arrived. I checked the order and it did say 3 days to 18 days. A bit of a wide delivery window, but I guessed some items needed to be machined. I was a bit worried about arrival, given some of hte reviews, so sent an email and got a good response. The sill arrived, in good packaging and good quality, about 4 days later. Just my recent experience.

Excellent Scotia board
My small order of two Sapele scotia boards was delivered in 8 days. I used the sample request service first to check that Sapele matched the existing flooring in the rest of the room. The samples arrived in just 3 days.
I found this company easy to order from and they delivered promptly.

My order never turned up.
On the 8th November 23 I ordered a set of samples for an Oak picture rail. Given the very expensive return policy I wanted to make sure I was ordering something I like before putting in a full order.
The website stated sample orders would be delivered in 3-7 days.
On the 17th of November I emailed chasing up the order with no reply, again on the 22nd with no reply. On the 29th November I got in touch and this time I received an email saying “ Your enquiry has been passed onto the team to action and investigate for you as requested.
They will be in touch shortly.” - and I heard nothing more.
I followed up again on the 18th January and this time was told my order had been dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail. … well it’s a week on and I’ve received nothing, so that must have been untrue.
I paid for a sample because I wanted to order a larger amount, but the customer service has been awful. The worst I’ve ever experienced.
Avoid!

Where is my order?
Expensive delivery service, no updates and no idea when the item will arrive. Just an awful service. Will never use them again - and likely to have to cancel my existing order if it doesnt come in the next 10 days.

As stated on our website, the current lead time on all orders is from 3-18 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You placed an order with us on 14th Jan and then emailed our Sales Team on 18th Jan to request a delivery date. An email was sent back to you that day to confirm our Scheduling Team were looking into this and they will confirm a delivery date shortly.
We contacted you today, to confirm that your order will be delivered on Tuesday 23rd January. This means, your order is being delivered 7 days within our current lead time.

I have ordered pine panel moulding from LoveSkirting a few years ago when I was panelling and I was really happy with my order so I decided to order for LoveSkirting again. The communication was brilliant I was notified about shopping and delivery, delivered in time. The pine panels were good quality not one was damaged or faulty.

Good Experience For Me
I needed an Oak threshold with a particular size rebate which I couldn't source locally. Although I thought the carriage charge was slightly high, when it arrived on the specified day it was really well packaged with additional support so I can understand. The product was excellent quality and I would definately use again.

Hardwood doorsill…
The website is easy to navigate through and the ordering was so simple.
I has an Elderly customer who needed a new door sill fitting as she couldn't use the door.
Ordered the sill and they had it delivered 2 days later.. it was wrapped securely and was a top notch product. Thoroughly recommended!!
