The time for the goodnight 3xl dog bed was ok but the quality is totally rubbish. The cover its self is as the picture. But the depth was no where near its measurements. It is filled wth CHEAP SOFA CUSHION FILLING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. I now have to spend another £60 to fill it so my dog can sleep on it comfortably. STAY AWAY. DONT BUY, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

The sofa covers i orderd didn't look like what was advertised its absolute rubbish i wished i looked at customer reviews i won't be ordering from them again and it took long to deliver

This company keep trying to take money from my account. Despite never using them in my life.

DO NOT BUY FROM. Bought an item mid December, despite numerous emails 6 weeks later after never receiving the item, they refused to refund me.

If I could give no stars I would! Shocking customer service. Tried returning an item that wasn’t suitable, multiple emails trying to delay the return. Offering 10% refund because it will cost me too much to return it. Wish I had looked at reviews first and realised the item was coming from China. Wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place. Lesson learnt! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Really wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. More fool me. I bought 3 outdoor lights. They all arrived separately only 1 within the designated time frame.they others arrived weeks later. They are cheap and tacky looking and very light and flimsy. Made of plastic not metal as I was made to believe. I have to arrange my own shipping but I have no doubt that they will find a way to not refund me. Going to try and use or flog for £10 as it’s going to cost over £100 to ship back. Learnt my lesson.

I bought an outdoor light. The package had 3 internal flights in China and an international flight to reach the UK. No surprise that the package was damaged and the glass was smashed when it evetually arrived after 2 weeks. The route to getting a refund is more challenging than completing the crystal maze. There are good Chinese traders selling goods online in the UK, but this is not one. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered some shoes from this website. I received a notification saying my package was delivered but I never got it. I emailed them telling them I never got my package. After a few emails back and forth they agreed to send me another order via express mail.. I even send them a picture of my house so this time they wouldn't missed it. Again I received a notification saying delivered but no package.. this time I emailed them and asked for a refund.. they agreed to that.. after a month of waiting still there's no refund either.. I emailed them.. this website is the biggest FRAUD AND SCAM I've seen . They'll send you a hundred apologies but no money or packages. Be aware .

Try to deliver the product would be an improvement!!!!!!!. Don't bother with them you will not receive what you have paid for. I agree with previous review, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Although the sofa covers took 14 days to arrive they were exactly as described (but to be fair they did say delivery could be between 5 & 15 days)They fit well and feel so soft and the colour is spot and so match in with our other furniture.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband Bought two outside lights from this website, at the cost of £60 each, not realising they were coming from china. Took two weeks to arrive which is not too much of a a problem, but when arrived they are faulty and cannot be used. Have emailed their customer service and have sent photos they come back with an AI generated response asking for a video, which we have sent, they came back and said the light needs a bulb, which isn’t the issue, the light frame itself are bent and cannot be used, we replied saying please issue our refund and they have then said to send photos, which we have already done. It’s an absolute scam!

this website popped up advertisments in social media all day many times, so I decided to give a try.. they were selling pleaser shoes with 80% discount for limited time. Of course I thought that probably will be fake products but it was only 20€. The shipment last one month, and the tracking ended with "delivered" but nothing has been delivered to my address. There is no courier service but "other" . I requested to provide me with details and the carriers company in my city but no specific answer received. And the funny thing is that on their Chinese page my order is not found any more neither the shoes!!!! they are just a bunch of fraud. I wish I had read all these negative reviews before purchasing.

Pity there is no zero. Worst online company to order from. Thought they were Europwean based and nowhere do they say they ship goods fom China. Stay away from this company as customer service is a shamle, tracking is a shamble. They are a scam.

Would give zero. Ordered XL chair covers and 4 out of six are too short to cover the bottom part of the chair. Despite sending clear photos that depict the issue and photos in a way they have requested they still claim they can’t see that they are too short. They must be at least 10cm too short so when next to the two covers that do fit it is very clear they are too small. Absolutely do not use.

This company is a complete scam. They falsely advertise as being UK-based, but they’re actually operating out of China, totally misleading and deceptive! They do not abide by UK consumer protection laws, and once you’ve placed your order, you're on your own.

The items I received looked nothing like the images on their website. The quality was beyond terrible, flimsy, cheap, and completely different from what was advertised. It’s clear they’re using fake or misleading product photos to trick customers.

To make matters worse, their so-called "customer service" is a joke. When I complained, instead of offering a proper return or refund, they tried to bribe me with a pathetic 10% discount just to keep their useless, poor-quality products. Absolutely insulting.

This company is not to be trusted. Avoid at all costs , I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Don’t make the same mistake!

Do your due dilligence before ordering from this company. Be warned! The product I ordered took approximately 2 weeks to arrive, I needed to purchase a similar item from another company because the item was needed for holiday travel ( car seat hammock/protector for dogs). They do accept returns within 30days but the consumer has to bear the return shipping cost, and the items come from China. If I had known this product was coming from China, I would have never ordered from them.

Whis i had read the bad reviews before ordering, but is too late now. This is a dropshipping business with no UK stock, no customer service amd misleading descriptions.
Lead to believe it will arrive in 1-3 business days when in fact they are just ordering from China on your behalf and charge 3x the price you would pay on Temu/Shein for the same product with similar delivery time. 1 star i too much....

I ordered an outdoor light that took 3 weeks to arrive, and only half the order. I emailed the company about 3 times and never received a response. The product cost £70 and consists of loose glass fittings which would not be waterproof or worth trying out. Returns require me to meet shipping costs, which is a non- starter.

Do not use this company, they are a bunch of cowboys. There's no useful returns mechanism for their poor quality goods. To return, you have to ship back to China at your own cost, meaning that I've just lost the £30 I spent on this extremely poor quality and ill-fitting product. They also tried to ask me for photographic evidence, despite being entitled to a refund by law anyway. If you want to buy their tat, you're better off buying from Shein. It's the same stuff, same poor quality, but you can return for free.

Order placed in good faith and still not received. I didnt realise this product was coming from China! Refund not received either. I had searched for UK company on google. Do not use this company as definately not as it advertises itself to be.
