Eventually after 3 weeks got my out door lantern, was not worth the wait it’s utter crap not worth £5 let alone the £95 I paid for it, and to cap it all it’s broken
Oh I wish I had found this site before purchasing. Don’t buy from this site, once bitten twice shy I’ll never buy unless I see the product in front of me.

Beware this is like a temu. They pretend that youre buying from UK

Scam! Item never received and they email back occasionally saying it’ll be another 20 working days and they’ll offer a partial refund. Neither has come in over a month.

Bed canopy that cost £38 broke within 2 months. They offered to send me a new one if I paid £25 shipping. Really poor quality product and rubbish customer service.

No stars, they are not refunding my money as I want to return my order back to them, rubbish products from China based company. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Cheap outside light.. looks like a toy.. didn't know this was shipped from china... no way of returning .. got to pay my return ... its a scam site

Chair covers didn’t fit,even though they were within the size given, cost to return would have been over half of value and still couldn’t get an answer on if there would be any further charges when it reached China, accepted a partial refund but still waiting for that, Unless you are certain the goods you want will be 100% ok avoid this company.Donated the covers to charity shop.

They refused to refund me when my parcel was delivered to the wrong place. Neither they nor Yodel would help after numerous emails and chasing. Both companies should be ashamed of their service.

They post items for extortionate prices, there exact items are on TEMU for one 10th of the price, if you do not believe me go on to Temu and search the item you want to purchase from here and you will find you’re exact item for no wear near this company’s price who clearly use Temu to buy the parts and re sell.

my lights arrived damaged and bent and as soon as I see the package I realised they was not £60 lights, I went on to Temu and people have posted in their light that glacier £2.74 for the exact same thing photos of there items arrived from Temu and they are exactly the same in exactly the same packaging , This website is 100% a scam

Wrong colour and poor quality settee cover. Don't buy from this company! Offered 20% refund or 100% if I paid for postage.

Received a smashed mirror and was worried about emailing company given bad reviews but they were able to arrange refund. Delivery takes forever though!

Zero stars. Do not take the risk and purchase from this company. Chinese rubbish you will lose your money.

Faulty products and no intention to refund.

Refunds refused until you send back with couriers to china with no guarantee of any refund at all - products from china. 3 times the advertised wait time for product. Products not up to standard. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Initially purchased 4 outdoor lamps from them online. Straight forward process. Items arrived in good order no complaints. As a result, I was happy to purchase a further order of 8 outdoor lamps. When these arrived, the lamps were packed very badly. 6 panes of glass were broken, so meant one full lamp and a half being incomplete. One lamp frame was badly fitted and required us to tighten the screws.
We reported these damages to the company on the same day we received them and they responded 3 days later advising that they would send us a video link, which we never received. We also sent them photographs of the damaged parts. They have never responded to our chasers in request for a resolution.
They are a Chinese based company and we understand time differences but this lack of care and understanding is very annoying. If you wish to purchase from them, do so at your own risk.

I ordered the bohemian sofa covers. I thought I was ordering from a UK based company.
They have not arrived but the Shop app says they have been delivered. We have 2 cameras on the property so i know no one has been and no neighbours to leave it with. No name for courier and so far no response from the company.

I had a mirror delivered that arrived broken. Lovesweetstyle responded to my email within 24 hours and dispatched another. This arrived undamaged a couple of weeks later. Couldn't fault them although I was concerned after reading all the reviews on here so thought it only fair to rate my experience.

I had no idea the goods were being shipped from China until the goods didn't arrive. I presumed the company was based in the UK. Eventually they arrived 3 weeks later and one of the two large items was badly damaged - broken! When I tried to contact the company by email they tried to say it was not broken despite photographic evidence. They refused to send a prepaid label for return and wanted me to pay for postage back to China which would have been hugely expensive with no guarantee of a refund. Indeed they advised they may not even refund the cost of the goods @ £126! An utterly deceitful company of cowboys - DO NOT BUY FROM LOVESWEET. They have appalling customer service and very shoddy goods that appear to be made from substandard materials. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR. I regret not checking Trustpilot before ordering and will always do so in future.

Hands down, the most painful return experience ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

A while ago I bought a sofa throw specially suitable for pets. It arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted. However, yesterday I tried to order more goods and my bank decided to delay payment. Thought it was a glitch and tried again, but still the bank was making it difficult, so decided the bank must have a point! Then I read Trustpilot reviews and I have had a lucky escape. Thank you Santander!
