I had an issue when I booked the wrong date for some tickets for an attraction in Blackpool by mistake. I dealt with Cyle who sorted the matter out for me very speedily. There were issues with the company who the tickets were bought from but he managed to get that sorted out for me quickly and very efficiently.

Booked tickets for the circus thinking it was Swindon.. email came through telling me I was going to frome . Emailed admitting my mistake and cyle promptly instructed me on what to do. Seen the right show last night and was a 5 🌟 just like you cyle. A complete credit to speak to a real person instead of a robot.

I had tickets arranged to visit the zoo for March . Due to a hospital admission I had to cancel. I contacted Lovetovisit on Monday to rearrange and was advised they would contact me within. 48 hours.
I got an e-mail on Thursday morning with new tickets as requested.

Bought an attendee ticket instead of a show car ticket for an event. Emailed support and quickly recieved and email from Cyle understanding my error and refunding me without any quibble. Vinny was super helpful getting the date of my booking changed and Cyle was great in getting my issue sorted going above and beyond when the tickets didn’t come through from the third party right and even asked them to resend it asap for extra peace of mind for me

Had a wonderful experience with Love to visit .com , in particular a person by the name of Cyle Rees .I am Dyslexic and find instructions and too much information challenging.
Cyle kindly sorted out my change of tickets with no fuss and rearranged at a date and time more suitable for me. He then left me a lovely email to say it was all done. I took my grandson that is autistic. He has not been well recently. He loved every minute. The acts were superb and we were amazed what hard work was put into every performance. I am a visual artist . Loved all the colour . Had i had the time and if it was possible wpuld have loved to paint the performances. Well done to you all and best of luck. Penny
