Very easy to book entry to Gwrych Castle in advance online. A couple of days later I contacted Lovetovisit via their enquiry form (via the Contact link) to see if they could change the ticket dates (delay by a few days as I’d injured my back). Cyle got back to me right away via email and kindly sorted it promptly. Thank you Cyle! Great service :-)!

I accidentally have chosen the wrong date which was yesterday and Joe helped me to reschedule it which only takes less than 24hours. I was worried whether I can change the ticket because the date I booked is already passed and the price was £46 in total but I was still able to rebook it to different date. I appreciate for the fast and kind service and thank you for Joe again!
