Everything about Love Velo has been faultless. From the initial notification of them teaming up with LeCol and to the pricing being unbelievable and then the customer service, top class. James, if all the staff are as attentive to every detail as you are then everyone will be as lucky as I have been.
100% at sine point, hopefully in the near future I will be booking again with you guys. Thank you again

First cycling holiday and Love Velo were spot on arranging hotel, bike hire and airport transfers.
Great hotel which was totally geared up for cyclists.
Good bike hire - delivered to the hotel, complete with helmets and essential tools / tube / puncture repair kit.
Very good information throughout booking process including hired bikes were correctly sized, provision of routes on various platforms, and staff that were really helpul in all enquiries.
So certainly for a first time cycling holiday - would recommend Love Velo.

2nd year running using Lovevelo to book our cycling trip to Mallorca. Everything went to plan, no hitches, all organised by the lovevelo and accomodating additional requests. No hard sell, instead treated as a trusted partner, and checking in to see if everything was ok. Definitely using Loveveol again and looking at options already for 2025. Rich

Booked cycling trip to Mont Ventoux this month. Experience was fantastic. We dealt with Tom and would highly recommend anyone interested in this trip to contact these guys. We booked flights to Marseille Airport and Tom organised collection from airport straight to accommodation, which is located just outside Bédoin on route to Mont Ventoux. Accommodation was perfect, such a relaxing environment and incredible view of mountain. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. We collected our bikes in France cycling Shop located in Bédoin (deposit to be paid on bike cost €1500). We cycled approx 100km first day around the beautiful countryside off any of the main roads and on day 2 did the Mont Ventoux cycle which is very challenging but unbelievable experience. We then were collected at hotel and brought back to Airport the following day. Just a few things to note, without transport organised, it is very hard to get to Bédoin. Deposits are 1500€ per bike but with this package it’s only 1 deposit if in a group. Traffic on Mont Ventoux can be quite busy. No matter how warm a day you will need an extra layer of clothing at summit. Overall fantastic experience…

Recently we traveled to Girona with love Velo .
The airport pickup was perfect the hotel was fantastic great room and beds.
Hotel food at breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
The route’s supplied to cycle were amazing and had a bit of everything for the experienced cyclist.
The hire bikes we had were of a high standard and the supplying shop super helpful.
Overall a very enjoyable experience.

The only blot on the experience was when booking within two hours of receiving the love Velo quote and accepting.
The chosen hotel got booked out and another hotel was supplied, incurring an additional £120.00 per person charge.
Love Velo said they would soften the blow by supplying some merchandise etc as a good will gesture.
However nothing materialised.

This was my second time to Mallorca with Love Velo and the first for a few of the group. I cannot say enough good things about the trip - apart from Mallorca being superb for cycling, the whole trip is organised perfectly and goes so smoothly. Everyone involved - Love Velo (big credit to James Danvers!), the hotel, bike hire transfers etc - really make the trip the best experience ever.

I highly recommend Love Velo and I'll definitely be booking with them again!

This is the second time that we have used LoveVelo to Mallorca. 1st for a four day cycle holiday with bike hire. 2nd time to take on the Mallorca 312, which included entry to the race. Took our own bikes for the event and also extended the trip to a week instead of the 3 night package. This only required a short phone call to arrange. First class communications from Phil & James to keep us updated with all the details. Well organised trip, with an easy group ride the day before the 312 which gave us a chance to meet other riders. Will use LoveVelo again next year for a trip to a different country, France or Italy.

The booking went well from start to finish, with easy set up for payments. We were allocated a good quality hotel in a convenient location for the start of race. The reps were friendly and always on hand to offer advice and support. Highly recommend Love Velo for cycle events if you want someone to do all the admin/logistics.

Second year in a row with LoveVelo at the Majorca 312. Absolutely top notch and very well organised from collecting us at the airport, through to the extra early 04:30 breakfast on race day. Great communications through the three nights, good value and great hotel, easy 5km ride down to start and very happy returning customers.

Great set up from start to finish. On time transfers, good food & company and lots of help if needed with bikes or transfers or advice. Made the 312 a lot easier than it would’ve been on my own.

Great experience, super hotel, great organisation. Used these good folks for the Mallorca312 and was very pleased. Seamless pick up and drop off from the airport, and the hotel had fantastic facilities for cyclists, a great restaurant, and was a 5 minute cycle from the start line.....happy days!

We used LoveVelo for Mallorca 312. The guys were all very helpful, the booking was simple, and payments were staggered over several months. They sorted our transfers, had guys at the hotel for any questions or queries, they had Barry available for any mechanical issues, and checked in with us several times to make sure all was good. We will use them again and I'm sure I will be browsing options in the coming weeks :) Thanks team!

Just back from 5 days and 4 nights in C'an picafort and the Mallorca 312 with my mate from school. We flew in from different parts of U.K.
LV were very helpful.
Hotel was lovely. Food was good.
Weather was good enough for cycling.
Group cycle was offered but we did our own thing.
Used a recommended bike hire place in Pollensa.
Next time I'd try and get nearer.
Also LV suggested car hire which was a far better idea than the transfers would have been.(for us).
As an aside the ride was brutal but very proud of ourselves now.
Not sure the Formentor the day before was the best idea!!

The trip was absolutely fantastic! My dad and I had a brilliant time.

The organisation of everything that we had signed up to was great from the moment we got through customs in Mallorca everything was so easy that we could just enjoy our time there. The transfer service was really easy to navigate & it was really efficient.

The hotel was great, just what we needed for the length of time that we were there, we never struggled for tables at breakfast and dinner & the quality of service by the staff was great.

We had a couple of issues with the bikes that were made available to us, but whilst talking to other cyclists we learned a couple of tips on how to maximise the bike hire experience. That being said the bike hire shop were really helpful in getting us set up and for sorting out issues that we came across on our first ride.

The small issues with the bikes were the only minor inconvenience that we faced over the trip & I will definitely be coming back to LoveVelo to look into future trips.
