DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They say they are from France... company is from China- & it is why you cannot get a return address. I cannot make a ZERO star review. This company is a rip off. They took my order & charged my CC for 5/5 items but sent 4/5 items I WAS SHORTED ONE ITEM. That is not all----
First, SIZES ALL WRONG- they sent a small hoodie for a 2X, and sent 3-XL sizes for two M and L. All size tags were cut out of the necks! (As if I could not tell a small from a 2X size). Second, POOR WORKMANSHIP & QUALITY the embroidery was terrible on a couple (didn't look like a cat on two of them- see my profile photo- supposed to be a cat) and poor quality material on the sweatshirts.
Additionally, I tried to contact them to send back items for a refund-when I finally found an email...they made NO RESPONSE. So when I challenged the charge on my card with my CC company, loveyoufancy proved their LACK OF INTEGRITY & DISHONESTY ... they sent the CC company a fabricated receipt and pictures of some other order! (I had two sweatshirts with 2 cats, one w/poodle and two w/2greyhounds...got only one greyhound sweatshirt) the info loveyoufancy sent to CC was all dogs: two pitbulls, a beagle & a lab (not even the correct number of animals- and not the pets or their names on our order.) And loveyoufancy denied that I contacted them to return the items. So today March 7, I continue to fight with my CC company and still have not gotten a return address from either of them! I don't want this headache and I surely do not want this crappy order!

Below is their response. As you will read they do not deny any of my claims on the order; wrong sizes, bad artwork, the tags cut out, fabricating the order to the CC company, etc. All I want is the return address at this point ~so I can get a refund.

This was a hit gift that I bought for a family member! The care and caliber of the present truly impacted them.

I love the fast and effective help this company’s customer support provided me with. I had an error with the shipment of this order and they were able to immediately solve the problem. Not to mention with a fast response. The quality of their items exceeds my expectations! Highly recommend!!

I recently sent this gift to a friend for their birthday, and they were absolutely thrilled. The joy it brought them was priceless. Thank you for offering such a wonderful selection of gifts!

They shipped me a sweater 2 sizes bigger than what I ordered. Its not even fleece lined its made with cheap material. I paid extra to have my dogs face with colour. They just filled the outline in brown. All the photos showed the dogs eye colour and they made my dogs eye colour white. Not at all like the photos. Not at all worth the $80 this cost. Really sad.

We purchased an embroidered sweatshirt in size 3XL as a gift. Unfortunately, the sweatshirt was much too small and didn’t match the sizing chart on their website. The size tag had been removed from the sweatshirt as well. We contacted LoveYouFancy about a replacement, but they were unable to provide one in the necessary size. Communication with the help team was slow and it took weeks to come to a resolution.

Another notable item was that we never received a confirmation email/receipt. Luckily we took a picture of the order number before closing the website.

The quality of the sweatshirt was good and the custom stitching looked good.

Incredibly friendly in communication, order had a minor error but was assured I’d be getting a new, free of chzrge product that would live up to my expectations! Would recommend anyone to get a gift from Loveyoufancy if you don’t have anything prepared yet!

The customer service received was exceptional. The product quality of the embroidery is excellent. I purchased this for my daughter and she loves the look of the embroidery.

Do not follow trustpilot or scamadvisor recommendations.
This is a bad site! They sent a partial order, wrong colors and sizes. Stitching does not look like pets. Sweatshirts look worn - had all the size tags torn/cut out of the neck.

Items shipped from China-Not Paris France-, with no phone number, return address, etc

This must be a scam, unfortunately I ordered my mom a blanket for Christmas on December 14th. I thought maybe delivery was late due to the holidays but here it is January 7th and the tracking info given says they don't have any account for it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!

I just recently did an order on the website for a hoodie and the communication between them and I to make sure I liked the design was fantastic! I would definitely recommend ordering from them to get your loved ones friend, family, or anyone something off of their website!
