14 Dec; 0953 item was dispatched and tracking number was sent to customer (you can't generate a royal mail tracking number without shipping the item )
20 Dec, 20:38 : customer notified us the item hadn't arrive
20 Dec, 20:47 : we advise customer we will investigate and circle back
20 Dec, 22:56 customer is offered a replacement or refund
22 Dec: 04:47 & 04:48 customer demands a refund after sending emails threatening to go to Facebook and Google Reviews inspite of being offered a refund
22 Dec: 06:31 & 06:32 Refund is issued and 2 emails are sent to customer to advise the refund has been issued
22 Dec: 06:21 customer sends another email detailing feedback
22 Dec : 08:41 customer submits this review.
You should have received an email earlier this morning to confirm your refund. This customer's situation was an anomaly. The parcel was sent and the tracking details were shared with the customer. Royal Mail misplaced the parcel. They were promptly offered a refund and or a replacement, as always thanks for being so candid, forthcoming and transparent with your feedback. It's been a pleasure. Merry Christmas and blessings to you and your loved ones this holiday season 🎄

Easy to order on the website and my daughter loved the gift!! Delivery was quick and on time so very happy with the purchase the only thing was you can’t write anything in the message box to say who the gift came from so, I think it maybe a problem on the website other than that was great!
