Great quality clothing, shipping speeds need work.
I ordered a mystery hoodie and got the free green beanie with the order. It was supposed to have been here by December 20th for my birthday on December 22nd. But the shipping date kept getting pushed until I finally received it today on december twenty eighth. Although the shipping speeds have some work to be done, the quality of the goods far surpassed my expectations.. I know that they have good quality stuff but didn't know how good until I received a Swacket As my mystery hoodie. Probably the best bang for buck purchase I made all year.
Proof they are a YouTube company
For a YouTube company that drives revenue from their e-commerce store, and their store being as poor service as it is, the only reason they are still in business is because people support the content they produce.
If I wasn’t supporting the content I would give them 1 star. I ordered in November and was expecting shipment at the latest mid December for arrival before Xmas. Doubt I will get it for Xmas and a handful of my gifts will now be an iou.
I hope they fix this, sounds like it’s been a problem since day one but you can tell they don’t have a clue what their doing because running an e-commerce store is one of the more simpler business ventures.

I have bought a screwdriver, 40oz water bottle, a desk pad, and swacket (like a heavy hoodie). All of them have been great! But, they are premium products so they do have a premium price tag. They are a bit expensive but I think they are worth it have had them all for months now and heavy use with very little wear. The only little thing to think about is they do not have fast shipping so if you order from them be prepared to wait a few weeks. I have read horror story of waiting months but that wasn't what happen in my cases.
Hoodie Purchase was Sub-Par. *Strong Avoid* if you like fitted clothing.
Overall: it took awhile for my order (hoodie/hat) to arrive, the hoodie didnt fit anything close to what Im used to, and then I ended up with $12 less in my pocket after a month long return. Yeah, not great. Ive been interested in maybe a screwdriver too-- but prob will stick to watching the shows and avoiding their shop going forward.
Details:
FIT: The hoodie (a small) was huge on me. Usually small is a little snug/fitted on me (which I like). It's especially confusing to me, given that im slightly larger than Linus, and on the website he's wearing a medium that seems to more or less fit him without looking super baggy.
I would guess this small is equivalent in size to a large in the brands I typically buy-- all of which are fairly high-quality common brands (Delta, Canvas, American Apparel)
I have three theories on this: 1. They sell a SUPER baggy fit 2. They sent me the wrong size (like, it was mislabeled at the manufacturer). 3. Their products are made poorly/inconsistently.
CS: Their customer service rep was polite but couldnt give me any especially useful sizing help of where to measure and figure out if it was the wrong size or not (and whether I should be looking for a return or an size exchange). My best guess is: it was the correct size and just ultra baggy is their style.
RETURN: Arranged a return which... was delivered to the address.... and then nothing happened for like 3 weeks post-delivery. I emailed, and then got a refund (less the shipping to me-- which, kind of sucks under the circumstances) a couple days later.
QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION: The build quality on the hoodie was... equivalent to what im used to. But not "OMG AMAZING", like they heavily imply on their channels. But Im also comparing it to very good brands (like Delta and American Apparel).

Quick customer support that went above and beyond to help me. The shirts and other wears are fantastic quality. Have ordered way too much lol, 1 think 20 orders at least so far. Shipping to the US isn't too bad, it does vary, but they ship quick its just customs and DHL that varies.

I originally placed an order, but decided shortly after placing (within a day) that I wanted to cancel. The reply from support was prompt enough, but I was told that it couldn't be cancelled as it had already shipped. I was then provided with a tracking number that confirmed it hadn't been collected by the courier at all... a bit shady, and I hate to accuse, but as someone who runs a similar webshop business, getting someone in the warehouse to pull my order from outgoing would have been trivial, and I fear laziness was a factor here.
Shipping information was patchy at best, and didn't move from the warehouse for a week. At which point, I was told it was with DHL... however, 2 weeks later a HUGE customs bill arrived at my house from ANOTHER shipping company. It was more than a third of the value of the order I placed, so I assumed it was something else that I didn't want. It turns out that DHL had forwarded the packet to parcelforce, at which point the shipping data was cleared, so all I know about this customs payment is that at some point it had been through Germany... which Wizmo, LTTstores tracking provider doesn't mention, nor did the DHL tracking link it referred me too.
I appreciate how difficult globally shipping products from your own warehouse is. I literally do this for a living. However, from being unable to cancel my order, to sending me to three different parcel companies for tracking, to not letting me know about what the customs payment was, or where it would be coming from, this really was an awful experience, and I certainly won't be buying from LTTstore again until they work with a logistics company on this continent. Big fan of LTT, but they need to work on logistics a lot.
Amazing customer service
Going to the US to see family this easter I treated myself to a stealth hoodie, water bottle and a mystery cable tie pack. The package arrived during my first week but instead of the cable ties they had included a blue lanyard. I emailed them about the error and almost immediately received a response (on a friday late afternoon) apologising and stating that they did not have any more mystery cable ties but that they could send me a pack of my choice of the colour ones. I asked for white and if they could ship them to my US address before I left. Again they came back really quickly and offered at no cost to have them sent to my UK address. The cable ties arrived today and look great. Really happy with the hoodie, water bottle but mostly with the superb customer service (A big shout out to Ryan who sorted this for me.)
Things go wrong, but the real test of a company is how they put things right...if only my ISP was staffed by Lttstore staff!
I needed a pro screwdriver and this one's a winner...
Having watching LTT for years and following the progress of the screwdriver, I had confidence in buying it. I need a very good magnetic screwdriver as I install and fix LED screens in stadiums. Their tiny screws fall into everything. The magnetism of the LTT screwdriver holds everything. It even picks up shavings of metal if close to them. I bought some extra bits to suit my needs. The bits are high quality and the bit holder is excellent. It took a while to arrive as I live in Scotland. I was informed of this before purchase. I am very pleased with it so far.

So far I’ve bought from them a water bottle, 3 t shirts and a hoodie. The quality (besides one issue with the spout lid that has been dealt with by their excellent customer service) is outstanding (and it’s cheaper generally than competing products sold in my home country of Australia).
Only issue is the shipping time from Canada to Australia though

Package took a while but was coming to northern Ireland. My order was taken from my doorstep but I wasn't aware. Just said it had been delivered but no sign of it.
I contacted support and within a few days a replacement was on its way. I offered to pay and all but they did it free if charge. The product is awesome and I went on to order more stuff frim them.
A misunderstood store
A misunderstood store. My experience ordering from LTTStore has always been great. Support is good but understaffed, meanwhile the products are high quality. From what I've seen, many are complaining about delivery times and stuff getting lost in the mail; something LTTStore has nothing to do with. From experience they will help you out if something does get lost or arrived damaged, but newsflash: they can't get DHL to drive faster. My screwdriver did take a few months to arrive, but I did also order the black shaft version which was made from order. I have nothing but respect for these guys

I spent nearly 1k USD at LTTstore last year over several orders and have had a variety of experiences. I've had a few orders go through quickly because all items were in stock and I placed them outside of high-volume times. I bought both the backpack and two screwdrivers at different times and waited quite a while for both but they were up-front about those not being in stock and about the inbound freight delays, so I understood when things came in later than expected.
My last order was the first time they really made a mistake, though. I'd ordered several items, including two screwdrivers, and when the box arrived it was missing one screwdriver -- it seemed like everything got picked and one item just didn't make it into the box. To make things worse, it was December and their customer support was underwater. I opened a ticket and waited over a week for a human response -- I was honestly getting a little nervous. But when they did respond, they addressed the issue by replacing the item without any kind of hassle and it shipped out within a day or two.
LTTstore seems to be very well-run. They're a smallish online retailer and it's important to keep that in mind when dealing with them. They have a focus on selling quality products and supporting them well but they're selling to a global consumer base and international dealings can be very complicated. This isn't Amazon or any other retail behemoth. LTT customer support isn't being pushed to work excessive hours for slave wages, they're regular people working regular hours and sometimes that means you'll wait awhile for a response. They want your experience to be good, though. Just remember to be patient when patience is called for.

The site is cool, good looking and sometimes, even fun to look at. But the experience when it comes to buying stuff is horrible… I purchased an LTT Backpack and an LTT Screwdriver on September (2022), the screwdriver has not been shipped yet. The backpack should have arrived more than a month ago (November 27, 2022) and is still lost (or stolen) somewhere in my country (Spain)… They have not provided any reasonable solution other than giving me a refund or a new Backpack (because as I said, the Screwdriver hasn't shipped yet)… If I accept a new Backpack, It may not even arrive as it happened with the last one, and if I accept the refund, the Backpack will be the only item to be refunded, and I will loose the $70 I paid for shipping and the $80 I paid for taxes… And of course… The $70 I paid for the Screwdriver (As with this experience, I don't even want it anymore, I just want this to be over… ). I have escalated it to PayPal and I'm still hopping to get my money back… Around $500 total (It was around 600€ at the time of purchase due to coin conversion… It's because of coin conversion that I know that even if PayPal resolves this issue on my favour, I will still be losing money… Hopefully I'm lucky and I don't end up losing everything)… It's too much, I really wish this had played out in a different outcome… Too bad! Can't recommend this Store to anyone who lives outside of Canada.

Ridiculously poor response time from support, I did eventually hear back and it was just a copy / paste reply - a bit disheartening.
My query wasn't answered correctly and my request to make a change to the order was ignored.
Since ordering it's now been 6 weeks (going to EU) and no update on an ETA. Tracking isn't reliable and have no idea where the package is currently.
I ordered only 'in stock' items so there's really no reason for the delay.
Frankly so far this is the worst e-commerce experience I've ever. An enormous disappointment.
I'll happily continue consuming LTT content but definitely won't be ordering from the store again unless some significant changes are implemented.

I placed an order for the screw driver in September 01/09/22 which arrived in December 15/12/22, okay i knew this one would be slow as they made that clear on the site. But it was shipped on the 21/11/22, i received it on the 15/12/22. I am on the UK not deepest Mongolia!!!!!!
Rather stupidly i made another order for some merch on 26/11/22, which i assumed would be in plenty of time for a pre Christmas delivery. How wrong was I. considering all the items said in stock and quoted 14 days delivery (hefty but workable).
Shipping notification on 7/12/22 (fingers crossed should still be on time) But the tracking didn't work

Now unless LTT Store stood the track pants up and asked them to walk to Vancouver BC them self!, I don't think they did ship them as advised.

I ordered a LTT screwdriver on Dec 6th. It was a 3-9 day delivery timeline. I contacted customer support twice and all I got was robo-response e-mails. 11 days later, they have provided NO delivery information, no shipping detail, you cannot contact anyone. It's like they don't give a damn. 'We have your money, we'll send you your product when we want' attitude.
