I will never order from them again and they just lost a viewer.

According to the sellers website my order should have shipped Oct 20th.

It is now November 14th. Multiple shipments have gone out after mine with my order still remaining unshipped. I contacted the seller a week ago with no response. I contacted the seller again through Youtube and Twitter with no response as well.

They took my money then ghosted me. Currently working with Paypal to get the charge reversed. If that doesn't work then I'll move on to my credit card where I'll file a fraud claim.

Their desk pad is the best I've used. With such a wide range of sizes I was able to get one that fits my desk perfectly into each corner.

What is not the best is the delivery options (or lack there of) to the EU. They have one option which has always taken more than a month to arrive for me, so I wouldn't be ordering anything that I need in a hurry.

If they had a more expensive, 3-5 day option with a courier like DHL or UPS I would jump on it in a heartbeat.

I ordered the LTT screwdriver during the first wave, but forgot to add a bit set to my order. But shipping a single bit set to the EU would cost about 22 extra euros. So I decided to email customer support on the 30th of august.

On the 14th of September I got a response, and they were able to send me a new invoice and add the bit set to my order. But in the meantime, I had already ordered the bit set and other bit sets I realised I could use.

So I asked them if they could refund that order and add the other bit sets to my original order as well. And not even a day later they had fulfilled my request. My second order was refunded and my original order was combined exactly as how I had requested. I just had to pay one final invoice for the remaining costs.

Even though it took some time for the first response, the customer support I received was amazing. I’ll gladly order there again.

I have ordered a couple of times now and never had any issue. The quality of their products is really good.

Mostly amazed by their printed shirts, after several washing they still look like they are new!

I made two orders so far to Europe. The first one worked fine, but the second one did not arrive. Upon reaching out to customer support, they offered me to either ship the items again or to get a full refund. While I was a bit mad at first, the excellent reaction from customer support shows that they hold their word to care about their customers.

Their products are quality. I have yet to have an issue with any of them. Their shipping times can be a bit longer outside of Canada but they are not unreasonably long.

orderd items, set it to correct name, adress, country and everything on shipping.

Website decided to do a dumb move to change the country from my country to a difrent one on chekout via paypal.

I sendt a mail to the support, but over a week and NO respond to fix this issue.

Luckly I paid with paypal and got the money back.

support could have been way better, and fix the issue with the website of randomly changing delivery adress/country.

It has been over 45 days since I've made an order and I have not yet received it. I have written to their customer service but have only received one auto reply. I live in Denmark so at first I just thought it would take a longer time to get her but no. And according to the shipping company Wizmo, the package has not progressed at all. Im sad that it has not arrived yet as it is a Christmas present. Would NOT recommend.

I like the quality and the tech "geekyness" from LTTstore.com. Both my son and I are fans of the products. They never let us down! Thank you Linus and team!

The shirts are bad quality. Completely fuzzy after washing it once.

Shipped to the UK, takes a while and there are customer duties to pay on larger orders but LTT collects the VAT at time of sale. Products are amazing quality! I have both sizes of water bottle and now with the new lid which is much better. WAN hoodie, mouse mat and loads of t-shirts, all very good quantity. Have made 2 ordered so far

Delivered to N Ireland within 2.5 weeks, no extra payments at customs for my (massive mousemat). Other than the understandably high postage costs im pretty happy with the quality and the delivery

I ordered some T-Shirts, and they are some of the best I have. They are soft and they adapt to whatever weather I use them in, and the designs are some of my favourites: they have talented designers for sure! and the printing is outstanding: I've been using them for work and it simply won't fade, nor does it peel off.

The only problem I had was that they swapped a T-Shirt I ordered for another by mistake. They let me keep the one they swapped and sent me the one I ordered FOR FREE, just sending them the photos of the tees themselves and the label.

With that said, shipment times are very high and prices are very high too. Understandable, since, in my case they ship from the west coast of Canada to Spain, but it's something to note if you buy from this shop internationally. Customer support is a bit slow, but that's understandable.

I've not been charged with customary fees, but, in the end, it wouldn't be their fault if it happened.

All-in-all, I'm very happy with my experience in this shop. They do what they do and do it, I believe, pretty competently.

Very expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for!

Extremely high quality T-shirt, very nice labelling and colour as well. It's one of the most comfortable T-shirts I own for sure. Very light, breathable, and slightly stretchy.

Overall the shirt definitely exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it to a friend hands down if they can cough up the money.

Water bottle is excellent, nice quality.. and the stickers are quite entertaining.
