My third time purchasing from them. Their customer service is top-notch. Made a last-min purchase on wed, and told them I need to receive my orders by Fri, and they expedited the orders and I receive it on Thu! How amazing is that! Thanks so much.
However I noticed that one of the pendent that I purchased couldn’t use with another necklace due to the small loop. Other than that, materials are all good! I’ve been wearing the bracelets and rings for about 1 month, and it still look good!

Bought their jewelry once and love it so much. So I ordered again but forgot to use the promo code. I sent an email and got reply immediately for re-applying the code for me. Very nice service.

Experience with Luah's customer service has been wonderful. I had bought my sister a pair of earrings but the backing of one of the earrings was loose and kept slipping off. I wrote in to Luah and was quickly contacted by Henry, director at Luah and he made arrangements to send me a replacement backing almost immediately. Service is impeccable at Luah.

I bought a ring supposingly to wear it at my pinky finger but I lost it within 2 days as it was too loose on my finger and that was the smallest that they could offer. The ring was beautiful thus I couldn’t resist wearing it. As much as it was my responsibility, but when I feedback this to them, they have generously offered me a discount deal to purchase another item of my choice at the same sale price as the ring I have lost. Great product great service, what else could I asked for.

Henry, from Customer service was quick to respond when I told them that I got the wrong ring size and unfortunately… they didn’t have anything bigger for my fat fingers :( They issued a refund within minutes and I can’t wait to shop with them again. Love the ring designs

Bought a pair of earrings and had a problem with latching mechanism. Contacted the customer service and Henry was very super quick and efficient. Still think the quality of LUAH is very good and love wearing them as well as my necklace 24/7!

The clasp is loose after wearing for one week and falls off easily. However the customer service is amazing! They reached out to me immediately and is sending a replacement as the pair I had received could have been a defective pair. Excellent customer service! Thank you Luah, I’m impressed

I just placed my first order with LUAH and my two necklaces arrived. Beautiful packaging! One of the necklaces was a bit too short so I emailed customer service for help. Henry got back to me almost instantly with suggestions on how to make it longer (extension piece available online).
As soon as I ordered it I got another email from Henry telling me he saw the order come through and would fulfill it same day so I wouldn’t have to wait long for it to arrive. Amazing customer service! I can’t wait for the shop to open in HK!

I actually received my first LUAH necklace as a gift from my friends. As someone who preferred jewelry that could last without being taken off, this was perfect for me and as a result, I ended up buying additional pieces since I was so happy with my necklace.

However, upon shipping to the Philippines, I encountered issues with the tax and customs and had to reach out to LUAH customer service via email. To my surprise, the director himself got in touch with me and within a few days, not only refunded me in full but also proceeded to ship a new order free of charge to another address.

It’s not everyday that online businesses stand by their customer service and product, especially when dealing with international shipping but LUAH went above and beyond. At most I was expecting a refund but to be given the jewelry on top of it, has made me a proud supporter of the brand.

Truly such a memorable and pleasant experience that shows that LUAH is a company that genuinely cares about their customers and puts them first.

Delivery was slower than expected. But received necklace in a week. Necklace still has lustre even though I don’t take it off when I exercise or shower!

Great service and really quick postage to Singapore. Items are high quality and I wear them through workouts and showers with no problems.

I give Luah a perfect 10/10 – not just for the exceptional quality of their products but also for their outstanding customer care. I encountered a minor issue with one of the earring clips from the Huggie set I purchased. They promptly sent a replacement pair within three days, even during the Christmas/New Year period. I am extremely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend them.
