Great beers. My favourite is the IPA, Fabulous customer service.
Only downside is that the packaging isn’t up to withstanding modern sorting and transportation sadly.
So the one star off is purely for the brown box packaging that needs some sticky tape to seal it.

So I shall continue to buy, but most probably from my local supermarket rather than the brewers website.

Very nice lager, I’ve tried both cans and 500ml bottles and prefer them both direct rather than poured into a glass. Also enjoyed the lemon lager but not so much the IPA, that’s maybe me as I’m not an IPA lover anyway. It has made dry January much easier and I will continue to drink the lager, actually looking forward to hot summer afternoon and a cold bottle of Lucky Saint

Poor customer service.

Ordered x3 cases, 2 arrived fine.
Last one was damaged in transit, only shipped out again when I emailed Lucky Saint, they said it would take 1-2 days. Arrived 5 days later after delay, all 3 were gifts for friends.
Delivered at my house outside the delivery window, left out in the storm and completely useless to gift as the cardboard had completely worn away.

Raised this to Lucky Saint, honestly their replies are just AI formatted, saying they’ll pass it onto the courier for feedback. Got a completely unusable gift, 5 day late despite having opted for next day delivery. Would NOT purchase from them again despite being regular customers, I would say the packaging isn’t good enough from Lucky Saint, they weren’t even taped!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

I thought I’d try these low alcohol beers as they had been recommended, ordering was easy but unfortunately delivery proved to be tricky with messages from the courier say they were delayed then damaged, so I messaged the customer service team who were great 👍 they reordered the product and it was delivered quickly, so thank you 🙏 the tinnies have a great taste

Ordered last Sunday,1-2 working days,still haven't received my parcel. Re-ordered from different courier,having to wait and hope for better luck this time. Sorry but will not be using you again,doesn't boad well if u can't even get my 1st order right. Kind regards Wayne

I've always been teetotal, but since being diagnosed as prediabetic, I need to enjoy a drink without the nasties in it, including artificial sweeteners (which doesn't work well with my system).
I'm happy to have Lucky Saint as a great alternative. Keep doing the Lord's work!

Over 2 weeks for delivery!

Delish! Great for dry Jan purposes, it would be great if you brought out a bottled version of the IPA as there is something about drinking a beer out of a bottle that hits different.
