Great service and product
Great service and product. Arrived when it said and packaging was beautiful. The tear drop ring is fabulous, just enough movement, not too much to irritate. Would definitely buy again from this company. It was a "surprise" present I bought for my birthday from my husband😊

I ordered earrings & bracelet from the…questionable shipping,
I ordered earrings & bracelet from the Spash collection on March 15. I received notice that the order has processed & shipped on March 16. It is now Apri 1 & the package has not left UK. In fact, for the past 10 days the tracking has stayed the same as leaving the UK, but it still has not happened. Seems a little extreme. I don't think I would order anything from UK again.

Hi, I am very sorry for the dealy of your order. I have had a look at the tracking and it looks like it has been delayed due to staff issues here in the UK. This is down to Covid as our mail system is running slower than ever at the moment.
I assure you that this slow delivery is not normal practice and should usually take no more than a week.
