Looks like same thing no response for shoes. Very familiar with these Chinese companies. Turned them in to AMEX, BBB, Interpol. They all work the same no response after they charge your card. I’ll follow up if something changes.

I ordered a pair of shoes. They did not fit and i emailed on instructions on how to return them. They said i would have to ship to China and only get a 15% refund. This is not good customer service. Don't order anything from this site.

I makes an order about(2) two weeks ago paid for everything, I'm not received, also the track number, don't have anything.Pleasr help me. Thanks.

NEVER ORDER FROM THESE UNWORTHY INDIVIDUALS (Lukmall.com).
As of today, May 1, 2021, I never received my March 23, 2021 order:
1 Gradient Square Sunglasses and 6 pairs of shoes, a total of $259.32 USD.
I am contacting Facebook to be prudent on what they advertised. From now on, if it is not on Amazon.com, I am NOT buying it online.

I was skeptical at first by reading the reviews here. Then I placed a order of hood on their website, they came in 2 weeks with a free surgial mask as gift. I'd say we might need to change the prejuice of certain things in this special year of 2020.
Things to improve:
Package, shipping period and customer responsive time.
Overall, it was a happy shopping experience.

I received your email asking for the size of the house slipper that was sent in the wrong size. FIRST,  upon arrive I noticed that the size of the slippers were not available and the location in which the size should be visible someone damaged/ remove the size.  According to the size you sent this slipper is NOT A 11/12 more like a size 9.  I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO KEEP SENDING PICTURES AND PROOF BAC AND FORTH TO YOUR COMPANY WHEN IT CLEAR THAT THIS IS A SCAM.  Also, according to the reviews I’m not the only customer that has or is having an issue when it comes to receiving correct information and merchandise. Finally,  your inventory should show the size you mail out because I have proof of what I ordered. I DON'T WANT ANYTHING THING FROM YOUR COMPANY OTHER THAN A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL THAT WILL BE PAID BE YOUR COMPANY.  As you can see from previous house slippers I purchased at another store a size 11. Compared to the slippers you sent the size does not match the size 11 I purchased. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY IT IS A SCAM....
Subject: [Support] Re: Missing Package

I bought a pair of shoes online through this company. Delivery took one month. Shoes were not right for me. decided to return. There was no invoice, no information in the package. After figuring out how to contact them, I requested refund and return information. They ask for pictures of the shoes two different times, which I provided 2 different times. After several days back and forth via email, they have offered to refund 5%...???
My opinion:
DO NOT ORDER FROM LUKMALL.

This company is a scam !!! Ordered sunglasses since the beginning of June and still did not receive them. The tracking says the same thing and they won’t give refunds !!!! DO NOT ORDER from this website

Please do not buy anything from this website, they are nothing but scam artists. Package never arrived, told to contact post office, post office have nothing go back to Lukmall Customer (Dis) Service who go round the same loop of asking you to confirm your address, telling you to go to the post office. They are truly terrible people and I hope bad things happen to them

I got a product today but not the one I ordered.They put the picture of another product near the description and the name of a product.
Don't order anything.They are cheating their clients,it's scam and rip-off...I agree with Jimmy!!

Das Geld ist futsch, die Ware kommt nie an. Nach zweimaligen E-Mail-Nachfragen bekommt man als Antwort nur den Hinweis auf die Tracking Nummer. Die verändert sich aber nur bis „Hand over to airline“ dann ist Ende
NIE WIEDER LUKMALL

Appalling delivery. Their excuse: current virus situation. However, I've ordered three items from China recently - one was delivered in 3 days, the other in 5 days and the last in 10 days.
If I ever receive my order, congratulations to Zazabest.com for choosing absolutely the worst method of delivery!
I don't have high hopes for the quality of the ordered items if they ever do arrive.
I strongly recommend you do not order from this company!

Very disappointed, I ordered 2pcs of top quality leather casing and received 2 very Low quality type. Don’t understand how they do business , to me it is SCAM business. Thank You

The iPhone X case arrived after 2 month and several eMails from me. Customer service claimed to have „problems with delivery agency“ ...
Now - the so called luxury case for 19$ is cheapest plastic; the metallic finish wore off at the edges after just 1 week carrying the phone in my trousers pocket.
Stupid to buy it after seeing an advertisement in Instagram ...
My review at Lukmall was never published as I suspected.
Lesson learned- never again China rubbish!

If only I can choose I will give lukmall 0 star! The product finally arrived after so long and the description was ‘leather handphone case’ for the price of usd22++ and when I received the item it’s so obvious it’s no way near to leather. This type of product you can easily get from taobao/aliexpress for probably usd5 the most. A total scam company! Avoid Lukmall. Unethical for the person who operate Lukmall. Shame on u

Ordered 2 phone cases on April 13 still have not received. Tracking information hasn’t updated since may 1st. Didn’t use PayPal account, used credit card disputed charges.
