Ordered a phone cover on 2 April, but still not received the cover. Felt cheated and order delivery tracking app is useless! Will NEVER order from Lukmall again. VERY VERY POOR Customer Service!

Typical Chinese scam. Avoid.

Buyers Beware: I was reluctant to even give this company (no, no, no, not a company, a Scammer rather) one star. But I wouldn't be able to write my review comments without giving a one star rating.I did not bother checking reviews for this Scammer since the price is just USD$19.99. Lesson learned, always check reviews online regardless of the price of products to order. I ordered a phone case for my Samsung S9. It never arrives and no response from the Contact listed.
Tracking number is obviously a fake and fabricated. Buyers beware: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER.
By the way, I believe in Karma. The day of reckoning will come to haunt these despicable beings.

This is definitely a scam site! Stay away and don’t buy anything on this site!! They never sent out my iPhone case and they won’t refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

They are a bunch of CROOKS. They hide somewhere in China and you cant find their address.
Bought an IPhone XR case. The hole for Silent switch is 2 mm out. So you cant easily use the switch.
They offered me 8% discount.
Wont give me their return address, so I cant get a refund.

DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM.

Shame on Facebook who carries their adverts (where I found them)
Shame on Pay Pal who act as their bankers

I bought 1 cases for Iphone. After 1,5 month I finally got it. It is actually cheap plastic. The thing broke at 3 places. When I wrote to them, they asked me to pay for replacement as I had used it ! Very bad quality and stupid customer service.

I ordered one frameless iphone case and one iphone screen protector for 39€..
The items delivered 1 month later and they were for iphone 11 with smaller sizes, but I wanted for iphone pro max.
Also, the products are very cheap and not luxery as you see it in their adds!
I wanted to return the items and get refunded, but they asked for shipping pay of 30€..
Then asked for replace them with the correct items, they asked me to pay 20€ more..
In summery, I gave up and lost 39€ and they went away with 39€.

It is pity that I didn’t read these reviews before ordering two items from this scam site!
I wanted to give 0 rating, but 1 is the min.

My advise, never ever buy anything from lukmall, You will lose your money for sure!

Fraud.Plastic case for phone insttead of leather

These Chinese are ripping off us Americans. What others say here is true. I received 2 credit cases. Highly overpriced for the cheap quality. I sent them pictures as they requested, their reply was many sales and satisfied people. I continued to push for refund, I just received their reply. Support told me “ sorry have a nice day “

They are ripping us off. Not offering a refund for falsely advertised product.

Bought a ‘ luxury leather’ case for my wife iPhone X for which I paid U$A 22.95 for something that I can get for $ 3 in the shop round the corner where i live. It arrived eons after and it is made in bloody plastic. I contacted their customer service and I was told that they never accept returns unless arrived damaged. Therefore they give never a refund. It is disgraceful that they can deceive buyers and still be in business. But then, they are chinese and what can one expect from them ? BEWARE. THEY ARE CHEATERS & SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Very bad. I ordered it for my iphone 11 And it has still not even arrived. The give a tracking number and tell you to go yo your local post Office. But of course there the tracking number is not recognisable. Hope that they get the Coronavirus this stupid Chinese scam company. Never ever buy !!! Stephan

Contacted customer service and was told thy never had complaints before
Reading reviews on trust pilot proves them wrong and very shady
I tried to leave a review with pictures to prove my issue on zazabest website but was not able

Bought a cellphone case with these folks. They asked for 10 business days for delivery. It has now been over a month, and yet they refuse to reimburse me and keep asking for more time.

You have been warned.

1. The same fraudulent scheme is played on zazabest.com, which according to Whois belongs to the same Chinese fraudsters as lukmall.com.
2. The iPhone coque which I ordered on 14 November 2019 still has not been arrived. on 2 January 2020.
3. They refused to cancel the order or refund.
4. I've notified the NewYorker, Guardian and Google about these ads.

Should be 0 stars. I bought an iPhone case wich turns out is very bad quality (Luxury Frameless Transparent Case for iPhone). Instead of take it back they wanna give me two dollars. I paid 20$ for that crap!!! So hands off this company!!!

The continuing saga..... After many abusive emails, they have offered me another product, I would still prefer a refund as I am thinking another product will be just as crap as the last one. I have chosen another (a different one) and await its delivery. I still would not go more than one star and certainly do not recommend to others
