Okay I have to be honest there was a slight snag with Royal Mail losing my first order. However Jo was fabulous and sent a new item as soon as I reported the issue.

The housecoat I ordered is a gorgeous colour, I got the ice blue and it is not as gray as the photo it is actually a lovely sky blue colour so I am happy with that. It is also super soft, and nice and warm. I did order a size bigger than normal because I like to hide in my housecoat when the weather is cold. I could have gone for the smaller size as it did come a little bigger than I expected.

All in all, I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a cosy housecoat for the winter. The only thing I can't comment on is the personalisation as I didn't use that option, but if the rest of the service is anything to go by then I am sure it will be fine.

Received my personalised plush dressing gown had the option of different colours for the personalised lettering I wanted a silver colour which wasn't an option. I had left a note to see if this could be done and when received I was delighted they had fulfilled my wishes 😍 The dressing gown was as described the colour charcoal grey was better than I imagined plus I purchased it at a fantastic sale price ☺️ The personalisation was professional done. I ordered a fleece onesie with hood for my grandson. It arrived very quickly, his name was beautifully embroidered on the front. The hood has cute little ears on the top. The fabric is soft and warm - but also not bulky, which is an important feature for babies in car seats. It is a lovely turquoise/blue colour. I am very impressed with it for the price.
