Excellent product, quick delivery and happy recipients

Ordered a dressing gown for my missus.. was apparently meant to be a LARGE! my missus is no where near a big woman but she wanted some room in it for comfort. The dressing gowns fit itself wasn't to bad but the arms where very short! I contacted them about this issue but was basically told to jog on as it was personalised with MUMMY sewed into it and their T&C state no returns on these items... I hope this review helps someone think twice before wasting their money. I found another company that was a lot better quality and fit in the end.

Excellent quality of fabric

The quality of the satin pyjamas is awful. They were ordered for a present which I cannot give her, its embarrasing. The pyjamas has cuts in the seams, dirty marks, loose seams and threads. It's disgraceful as £28.99 is not cheap! I am still waiting on a reply from customer services. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordering from Lulabay was great, I needed to amend an order and emailed quite late at night, they responded and resolved my issue the next morning as soon as the working day started, 10/10 experience would 100% recommend.

This is the worst Company I have ever ordered from. Customer Service is appalling, quality of items are sooooo cheap. Sent mine back as it was nothing like what was described/advertised on the website, still awaiting a refund. Totally being ignored now. If I do not receive it I am taking this further. AVOID. Just awful Company, need shutting down.
