Giving 2 stars but only cos they arrived fast
I wanted non roll leggings so after a few cheap pairs I bought this make. Yes they are 'butter soft" but that makes no difference when they still roll down constantly. nearly £100 for something that really is no better than the £30 one. so disappointed- save your Money
Shopping at the LuluLemon concession…
Shopping at the LuluLemon concession within Fenwicks Newcastle the level of service at the checkout was disappointing. The lady in front was purchasing a few items which appeared to have problems with some of them and she also wanted to split the items to 2 separate purchases, no problem you would have thought. After 5+ minutes of waiting, with 3 now queuing behind me, I asked one of the assistants if they could open another till, to be told No! She stated that although it looked like they had 2 tills only 1 was for transactions. After this the girl serving appeared to then go even slower and engaged in more conversations with the lady being served. By the time she served me, some 10+ minutes in the queue, there was no apology for the delay. Her parting words however were ‘have a nice day’ My day had been fine up until this point! I certainly won’t be shopping in this particular LuluLemon concession again.
Not what they once were. Beware
I loved my Align leggings for Yoga and used them for years. I told all my students that they were worth the investment. However, the ones I purchased last year are completely different. Tighter, thinner and just not the same quality. Will not buy from them again, and would definitely no longer recommend. What a shame.
Wrong item sent, but a refund can take a month?
They sent the wrong item and we posted it back via their EVRI service, a couple of hours after it was delivered to us.
They tell me today (after having to chase them yet again as they don’t respond), that it can take 16 days for them to get it back ( if they get it back) , 3-5 WORKING days to process and the upto 10 days to get the refund.
DONT BUY ONLINE AS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. JUST MONEY YOU SPEND
Returns are too slow
Returns are too slow - in a world of scanning and automation, my return was sent back on 09/02 - it has been stuck since 10/02 with no further progress update by Evri (over 7 days later). Lululemon's response is - returns can take over 16 days to be received by their warehouse. If you value your money, shop in store and don't rely online. Lululemon's chosen returns supplier is Evri.

I have ordered more items and I sent back all the items and received the confirmation email because they received but they didn’t send me all the refund amount , never I buy anything from them.
Not worth the hype or the money!
I bought a crossbody bag which arrived in very poor, inadequate packaging- no box, padding or protection of any kind; it just arrived in a plain brown envelope.
The customer service when I complained was dreadful. They literally regurgitated my words but offered no resolution or future discount . Would not buy from them again. Avoid!!
NB: If my order had not been of decent quality, I would have been asking for a refund. I see there are lots of reviews concerning problems with refunds. Those affected should look into Chargeback (debit card payments) or Section 75 claims (credit card payments).
Appalling service
Appalling service. Hemming service ruined two pairs of my leggings and lululemon have completely refused to deal with it. They take 7 days to respond to each email so far to exchange just 3 emails with them it has taken a MONTH. They do not care at all that £160 worth of leggings have been ruined via a service that they offer. They reduced me to tears today, their email customer service doesn’t care, the online chat doesn’t care, the store doesn’t care and the phone line tells me they can’t help because ‘they aren’t the returns center’. I am genuinely at a loss for words and so upset.
Don’t trust their repair promise
I’m extremely disappointed with lululemon’s so called “quality” and repair promise.
After my coat tore during normal wear on a simple country walk right next to a seam I contacted customer service expecting support or a repair especially given the brand’s reputation and premium pricing.
What followed was weeks of back and forth repeated forms photo submissions and delays only to be told in the end that nothing could be done. No repair. No goodwill. No solution.
Despite being a loyal customer for years I was treated like a case number rather than a valued customer. Their “quality promise” sounds great in theory but in my experience it is not worth the paper it is written on.
If you are buying from lululemon expecting long lasting products and support when something goes wrong think carefully. Once they have your money you may be on your own.
I will not be shopping with them again.
Terrible customer support service - never shop there again
I bought my husband a Fleece Vest from a Lulu Lemon store as part of a Christmas gift, but it was too small. When I tried to exchange it, the shop refused on the grounds that the shop tags had been removed - their 'policy' they claimed, although this was not explained at the time of purchase. I left the vest in the store and they recommended that I contact customer services for a refund (I only wanted an exchange).
Customer services asked me to fill in a form with all the details that I had already supplied in my e-mail. Then they asked me to send a scan of the receipt (that I did) then the entire receipt (it was almost 30cm long) then a photograph of the vest (that I couldn't do since I had left it at the shop.) In all they required 5 separate communications, but finally said that without the photo they couldn't help me.
I consider the to be terrible service, a total waste of my time, and we will never shop with them again.
Terrible - AVOID
Terrible. My return was received back at the warehouse 10 days ago yet my £179 refund STILL has not been initiated. I have called and asked about this via live chat, both times nothing has been actioned despite confirming you have the item. I was told to wait a further 3-5 working days for you to chase this up.
Appalling service. This was my first order from Lululemon, it will certainly be my last. Avoid at all costs. I want my refund immediately.
Awful online shop assistants
I am a very loyal Lululemon customer, but am very disappointed after speaking to an online shop advisor - Hannah today.
I was chasing a refund which appears to have been missed by them and was spoken to so rudely. The irony is that they issue a lengthy message which is given when you call to ask for a polite interaction, which clearly does not apply to their employees. Very disappointing when they are a company based on health and wellness. Not surprising they are losing customers to Alo and Vuori.

I just want to say how happy I am that Rebecca was able to solve my issue - I received a mislabelled item in the wrong colour and was provided with a full refund and a gift card. While I am annoyed to not have the piece I ordered in the colour I wanted, it'll definitely keep me as a customer to have an error like this rectified so quickly.

I bought a £75 voucher for my granddaughter to use in Australia. I am in the UK. She tried to use it but couldn't as she wasnt in the UK. I have tried to get it changed without success. Just an "Its a final sale" I am now left with a voucher I dont want and a granddaughter with no Christmas gift. They will not offer me a refund either, only suggested either I or her use the UK online site and pay the postage to Australia. Extra cost ! They have a website in Australia so why cant they change it. We used this company because of the Australian connection.

I was a fan of Lululemon but after this horrible experience will never ever buy from them again. I went to the store to exchange a top, incentive they did not have in stock, they arranged a shipping. Despite I entered my office address, they have disregard it or their system made a mistake and sent the top to my old address. When I said that they need to cancel and send it to my office since I need to leave the country very soon, they said they can not help. The girl over the phone was very rude and could not tolerate a disappointed client.
Lululemon store by Sloanne square station
I visited the Lululemon store in Sloanne square, London, for the first time and the experience was absolutely phenomenal. The customer service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and professional.
Natalya was especially outstanding — she was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and offered thoughtful advice and different suggestions. You could really see her expertise and understanding of the products, and she was extremely helpful throughout my visit.
Thank you for such a great experience. I will definitely be returning.
Poor experience
I understand why their review is so low now. Made a purchase, payment went through and it just disappeared.

Bought my daughter a pair of leggins that ripped along the seam on the first wear. Customer service claimed this was normal wear and tear absolutely shocking! Myself and my daughter would never purchase from them again which is crazy for them as we both live in Active wear
