Failure to send e-voucher

Update Day 7:
I have, in the last few days, received responses to DMs - telling me to contact the email address that has, so far sent me several automated responses telling me they will get back to me in 1-3 days. They didn’t. Now they are saying 4-7 days. I have also had an email reminding me to pick up the voucher I wasn’t sent. I have received an email telling me that the voucher WAS sent so to check my junk file… Like I never thought of that. I have received emails asking for my name and order details that include the email I sent them to which they are replying …….which has my name and full order details on it. Most mysteriously, I have received emails telling me there is no record of my email address and they don’t know what I’m talking about. To these I responded by sending screenshots of all the other emails they have sent me.

Most important, however, is the fact that they STILL haven’t sent the voucher. The one that was supposed to be a present for my son-in-law after he has had a difficult year. The one that I have had to explain will not be with him for Christmas. The one I have had to replace with something else (while having spent the money allocated for him). So thanks to possibly the absolute worst customer service ever, for an embarrassing, distressing and stressful week and Christmas. I’ve just moved house, had my granddaughter critically ill in hospital and had a pretty nasty diagnosis myself; you have really put the cherry on the cake for horrible. I just want the voucher I ordered and paid for: but you won’t let me have it. Shame on you.

Day 2. No reply to email. No refund. No voucher email received. Seems like this company are running a scam.
Having read so many bad reviews, I want to my banking app: despite the claims by the company that they had sent the voucher, the payment is ‘pending’ which means I can’t open a dispute online. However I will be speaking to the bank tomorrow to explain that the company have sent an ‘incorrect’ (lie) message.

Ordered a e-voucher. Sent it to myself to print off as a gift. Received notification they’d received my money. Received notification they’d sent the voucher. However, as it was due to come to me, I can categorically say IT WAS NOT SENT. Now I have to wait up to three days to find out why they took my money and didn’t sent the product. I am regretting trusting them and will be contacting my bank first thing tomorrow to report it.

AMAZING service

AMAZING service. No other company has ever leveled Lululemon in their service in my experience. So understanding, empathetic and generous. Makes me a forever loyal customer.

Customer service is shocking

Package hasn’t updated since 1st December, when it was supposedly dispatched (Royal Mail says they haven’t received it yet). Despite multiple attempts contacting Lululemon, they keep changing the number of days I have wait until they can look into it (and then closing my support ticket). When I phoned the customer service rep said 6 working days and then 7 working days in the same call, and told me she couldn’t look into it sooner as it’d create more work for her! Useless. The package is clearly lost and of course, it’s now out of stock. It puts me off buying with them ever again - spend your money at LNDR people!

Messed up my online order. Twice!

Ordered two items during Black Friday sales. A pair of trousers and a pair of shorts. Shorts dispatched on Tues eve and trousers on Weds eve. Trousers arrive on Sat. The shorts as of today are still “awaiting dispatch”. Contacted customer service via live chat the following Monday and even though the tracking showed it was still with them, proceeded to tell me the item could still arrive by 7pm the same day. Totally unrealistic - whatever! On Tuesday Lululemon did an internal trace and it appears the package is lost on their side and didn’t even make it to the courier’s hands. Apparently shipment was being made from a store. Total mess. Refund given. Would have preferred the shorts! Really let down.

By that point, these shorts were out of stock on their website and in stores. But lo and behold, the shorts come back in stock again Thursday morning. So I order it again, fingers and toes crossed hoping for a better outcome.

Just now (the following Monday) I receive a cancellation email from them stating the shorts aren’t in stock. So how did your inventory system allow me to place the order in the first place?!! There must have been stock but given they’re so slow at anything online, no one picked it in time (assuming coming from a store).

So I’ve been let down twice basically. For an athleisure company that aren’t exactly cheap, their online service leaves a lot to be desired. Shockingly bad and that’s no exaggeration. Be prepared to be disappointed.

I thought if it were a one off with the first pair of shorts then I could forgive. But twice - I’m sorry but you fully deserve this review!

INCREDIBLE APPAREL

I do not know why this company get any bad reviews. the customer service was great , often times items are reduced price in different colours. I bought a mens hoody and chinos which are incredibly soft, comfortable and durable. higher quality than ALO

Lululemon took €200 from me

Lululemon took €200 from me! I have a €200 gift card but all of a sudden they changed rules but they didn’t say it in their website and I have written evidence of it. So I can’t use my gift card because it’s in euros and the only accept pounds. They told me to go to Europe to use it. In my home country there is no lululemon and I don’t want to spend money on a flight to go to a country in Europe where lululemon exist and accepts gift cards. Scammers

Totally inadequate packaging and debatable quality

I bought a pair of Smooth Spacer Pintuck Pant joggers as a Christmas gift for my son. When they finally arrived - delivered by Royal Mail - it was contained in a recyclable paper bag which had become soaking wet from the rain. And when I opened the bag I found that the trousers had absolutely no protective packaging - (ie just the trousers themselves). As a result, they had become damp and I had to dry them out. If I thought I could get a replacement or, better still, an alternative item from elsewhere in time for Christmas I would have done so (mind you, having read other reviews re problems with repayments on returned goods maybe that wouldn’t have been a good idea either!). I will now need to source a suitable bag before gift wrapping them. Whoever in their right minds would send clothing with no protection let along in a paper bag!!

Furthermore, it remains to be seen what my son, who had asked for them, thinks of them because to my eye the quality certainly does not warrant a price tag of £118 - maybe half of that at best.

My advice - avoid this seller.

No refunds allowed .. dont buy from here

I sent a coat back on 16th Nov which cost £400. The return clearly says it is on its way via Evri tracking - as was requested by Lululemon. However, on talking to customer services they keep saying the tracking has not been updated so cannot refund until this is done. This is a total scam, I want my refund and if there is an issue between Evri and Lululemon then they should refund me and sort it out between themselves. Please dont purchase as they take your money but wont issue a refund.

Terrible quality - worse customer service. Quality promise means nothing

Avoid. Extremely poor quality and shocking customer service.

I owned a pair of Lululemon chinos that split at the corner of the back pockets in under 18 months. Those pockets were never used — this was clearly a manufacturing fault and sub-standard stitching, not wear and tear.

Lululemon’s so-called “Quality Promise” is essentially a 1-year warranty, nothing more. That’s the sort of cover you’d expect from a cheap high-street brand, not a premium company charging inflated prices and marketing their products as “high quality”. It absolutely fails basic UK consumer rights standards, especially given the cost and the claims they make.

Unsurprisingly, Lululemon refused any refund or replacement, so it looks like I’ll have to pursue yet another retailer through UK small claims just to get them to follow the law.

Overall: poor construction, poor durability, and appalling service. Strongly recommend avoiding this brand.

Great quality and service

Visited the Lulu Lemon dept in the Fenwick store in Newcastle on Sunday. My daughter used some birthday money to buy a new school bag and water bottle. She is thrilled with her new items, they're great quality and look fab. The sales assistant was so warm and friendly and made it a lovely shopping experience. Thank you.

Defected leggings - no exchange and rude customer service

Got a pair of align leggings years ago and wore them for about 5 years. Got a pair a month ago and the piling between the legs is awful they look worse than my pair that are 5 years old and worn to death - emailed customer services photos and explain the situation. Kemarie from customer service told me I was washing them wrong (I was washing anccording to instructions) and refused to exchange them for me - they must be defected or they have changed the fabric. When I explained I felt this was unfair, they emailed back to say their decision was final and I felt it was borderline rude to a paying customer. Will never buy from Lulu again

Went to Guildford Lulelemon and was looking for a heavyweight long sleeve t-shirt, the helpful staff selected a couple of t-shirts for me to try on, the top was of the highest quality best one I have worn to date, the staff were also helpful in helping me with the best size, overall great experience at Guildford Lulelemon.

Good luck receiving your order!

In the last month I have placed 3 separate orders on the website and non of the packages arrived to my house. I’ve never experienced this with any company before and I’ve lost all faith in shopping on the Lululemon website in future all together. This is extremely inconvenient as now I’ll have to always visit a store or stop shopping there altogether. The customer service team have a cheek to tell you to wait up to 10 days for Royal Mail to deliver when it’s clearly stated on the website ‘delivery within 2-5 business days’. I have no solution to why all of a sudden packages are not coming to my house. They just show as dispatched then nothing! No movement! Lost in space! Three times in a row! And obviously everything I ordered is now sold out. Absolutely rubbish.

Just terrible

Firstly customer service is called guest education centre! What a pleasure to be educated on how not to treat your customers…
Ordered a £68 t-shirt on the 26th Sep (I must have been drinking) for the great Scottish run on the 3rd Oct so had plenty of time to deliver so I thought. Updated with 48hour delivery on the Royal Mail app which was a result. Unfortunately the Royal Mail app wasn’t updating, and said they they had not yet received the order. 48hours passed so I reached out to the guest education centre. 1-3 days SLA for a response, the response came

“In this case, our European Guest Education Centre (GEC) is best equipped to support your inquiry. We kindly ask that you contact them directly for assistance with your order.

You can reach them by: Phone: +44.0800.783.9249 or Email: gec@lululemon.

We truly wish we could assist you directly, but our access is limited to orders placed within the USA and Canada. Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and trust in us.”

They appear not to have the facility to forward an email! Time to get onto Next and order a Nike top for next day delivery (which came on time).

The response from the UK education centre came after the race which I PB’ed thanks to Nike. The item never left the warehouse and they can’t send me a replacement, which is strange as they are still in stock on the website! Hmmm.

So I can know expect my money back in 3-10 days unfortunately the money leaves there account immediately, so they tell me but their financial institution apparently needs to process via carrier pigeon.

Lululemon have some great products, I know this as they spam me with emails everyday telling me what to buy! What a shame they can’t stock or deliver them!

Lost me as a customer for what it’s worth.

Apologies for the rant and I you got this far I’m sorry.
