Wunder Puffer not so wonderful
I ordered a Wunder Puffer coat and was excited to wear this. However one morning I go to put it on an am met with a tear, super annoying as it had only been worn a few times to the gym. I contacted their quality assurance team who were quick to respond with the following “signs of damage from fabric tear which is not a result of a quality a quality issue or defect with the item.

I have cared for this jacket so much and the disappointing thing is that my cheaper versions have never torn. And the worst part - they replace items that are 3 years old for people that have been worn to death, not for me personally, I have seen this happen in store. However they didn’t offer the same for a very expensive jacket that simply shouldn’t tear as this has, it’s clearly a quality issue. Disappointed doesn’t quite explain how I feel.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive excellent customer service at the Lululemon in Covent Garden. Noam, the girl in charge of fitting rooms, had incredible product knowledge from in store to online, best sellers and sizing! She has a real gift and an incredible ambassador. The manager quietly thanked all her staff, there was a special feeling of acceptance and gratitude!
Items not delivered, poor returns process
Ordered 4 items, 2 items were delivered as expected but it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for the other 2 items to be delivered. The store returns process for online purchased items is poor and doesn’t match the return details provided on the website, the store manager (especially in Canary Wharf) asks for delivery receipts, original receipts and additional card verification (even when you show the original card used for the online purchase). Having been a regular shopper at Lululemon, I would be reluctant to continue shopping there in future.
Waited over a week for a £400 order
Waited over a week for a £400 order, when it finally showed up it was a child's halloween costume. Have now been told I need to wait another 5 business days for them to sort out what happened. When I asked it to be escalated (as at this stage I just want a refund), I was told that they would be disconnecting the chat as we are "going in circles and they wouldn't be doing anything else" For a company that is so expensive you would expect much better customer service. Do yourself a favour and order from Sweaty Betty instead.

I’ve had a couple of pairs of lululemon leggings for a few years and decided to buy a new pair. The quality of the new pair is terrible, really thin and nasty. God forbid anybody wearing them who has cellulite because that will show through.
The returns procedure is frustrating and impossible. Tried on numerous occasions to generate a return and it never worked. Wasted a lot of time trying to get it sorted but no joy. Customer service is rubbish. Eventually resorted to trying to get somewhere via Facebook and was then told I have exceeded the 30 days returns policy so I’m stuck with them.
£78 wasted and will never buy another pair again. There are much better brands out there where the quality is much higher and the price much lower.
Stay away from this rubbish company.

Poor quality and poor customer service
Loved my old align leggings which lasted me for years before eventually losing elasticity and needed replacing.
So disappointed in the pair I purchased in August. Initially looked great, super soft and comfortable, however started showing signs of wear after 2-3 wears, with pilling and pulls in fabric. Contacted quality assurance team to request replacement/refund and was told issue was not due to product issue but my ‘personal preference’.
Seems like brand has gone down hill since my previous purchase. Quality, durability and customer service no longer seem to be important to this brand which is so sad. Given there are so many more affordable and less fragile options on the market, I would shop elsewhere. Sweaty betty leggings have lasted much better.
Poor product and no customer service
Well... I should have read the reviews on here before purchasing LuluLemon Leggings. I treated myself and bought a pair in May and last month a hole appeared in them. There are no seams, I did not snag or anything and only use for yoga/pilates.
I have Peleton/Sweaty Betty and cheaper brands and they have all lasted much longer than 6 months, in fact my Peleton ones are still looking good after 5 years (pre lulu lemon collaboration).
I contacted customer services and having completed 2 forms, uploaded pictures etc. they refuse to exchange as I do not have my original receipt. I have a credit card statement to prove the purchase (PoP) but they will not accept this as PoP. MANY other retailers do accept this and who keeps a receipt that long for an item of clothing!
They could have told me this before 5 emails and 2 forms, pictures taken of the hole, label, complete leggings etc. Wasted my time and ultimately my money on this product.
They are not fit for purpose and certainly not up to the price they charge given they only last a few months.
Very sad indeed.

Awful service, no items received
Awful service, items never received.
Ordered online, waited for over 1 week and never received the items. I called customer service several times, still didn't get either my money or what I ordered.
Rude customer service and decline in quality
Contacted customer services via chat who directed me to fill in a form and provide pictures of a pair of Wunder train leggings that I had only worn for the second time in the gym. I was on the hip adductor machine when I saw a hole slowly form around my knee area. I was absolutely mortified. I pay to go to a luxury gym and having a hole randomly appear on my knee during a busy time of day is shameful.
I contacted lululemon with regards to a repair or replacement and the rude response I received was “Our gear is designed to support you through your favourite adventures, but accidents can happen and our technical fabrics aren't indestructible, and we won't be initiating a return”
I definitely will not be purchasing from these scammers again. When I first started buying from lululemon the quality and service was second to none. I literally own sports bras, tops, jackets, gilets, leggings, shorts, tennis wear, socks, headbands and other accessories. I stayed loyal despite the horrid piling on the new fabrics for align/ yoga wear. I am now switching over to sweaty betty and skims.
Beware.

Their ‘quality promise’ is not what it used to be and they no longer honour returns like they used to. For the money, their clothing is absolutely not worth it. Save your hard earned money and shop somewhere that actually takes care of their customers, or pay 1/3 of the price elsewhere for items of comparable quality for a much better price. Company no longer has good values or customer service.

Was going to write about the awful customer service but having seen the number of negative reviews which have received zero response from Lululemon, I don’t think I’ll waste my time sharing details of the experience.
In short, avoid this company. Their competitor LNDR is far superior in customer service and quality.

What a shambles
What a shambles . This has to be the worst customer service ever. Considering how steep your prices are this is unacceptable and nothing short of a scam . No refund and the item replacement ordered still sits in status that reads - “item sent” with no updates. You need to take a page from Sweaty bettys books. So disappointed … gosh
This is my second review
This is my second review, because I am so angry with this company. They have dragged their feet throughout the whole purchase process and as for the returns process it continues to be the most frustrating experience. All of this is a shocking ploy to hang on to your money for the longest time possible in order to increase their profits on the extortionately expensive poor quality garments I have ever had the misfortune of being conned in to buying. It is a scam by any other name. Be warned.
