First order with Lululemon and not impressed
My first order with Lululemon. I received an email telling me that my items had been dispatched on Tuesday the 6th of August. The tracking data provided remained pending and it wasn’t until Friday the 9th of August that the Royal mail inform me the package has been received from Lululemon at their depot. It may seem insignificant but these lies about dispatch dates are really quite frustrating and very misleading, with the only logical explanation being the retailer trying to gain a few days. When I contacted Lululemon customer service about this, after an initial email exchange I then started receiving email messages telling me that the customer service email box was full and that they could not receive customer service emails at this moment, again another very shoddy service experience no doubt aimed at disrupting the complaint. It has been an extremely disappointing experience and this is really is a third rate online service to be avoided, this isn’t a premium retailer
First time at lululemon
It was my first time at the store and the staff was really good and I went to get leggings and it was really nice cuz there was somebody in the back to make sure you have the right size and get what you want, the lady was really nice and made sure I was happy with the sizing and that it was comfortable

Received an email 3 days after placing an order saying it was cancelled because they did not have what I ordered in stock. No apology just email saying order is cancelled.

Don't buy. Save your time and money
I have placed my order 7 days ago on lululemon.co.uk. Haven't heard from them since. It shows that my order in Progress. I contacted their customer service and they said that they could do nothing, just wait. No update on my order. What a joke. Haven't experienced such non existent service never in my life. Don't buy there. Doesn't worth it.
Still hope to receive at least my money back if they can't sell the stuff.
Awful customer service
First of all I signed up for the email and never received the code. I went on the online chat and they said wait 24 hours so I did. Then I had to contact them again. I got pulled away from the chat for abit by my toddler. The chat person was so rude and said obv I was busy doing something else. So I had to start a new chat. They gave me the ten percent off so I thought great. The next day the item went in the sale. I asked if there was anything they could do like a gift card for the difference to spend there. They said no as I had the ten percent off. Ridiculous customer service for such an expensive shop. They need to learn about customer service. Will never shop there again. !!!
Dealing with their Guest Education…
Dealing with their Guest Education Centre (what name is that?!) and not sure I'm getting anywhere. You can get a 10% on your purchase as a first time customer but if you don't get the email, you'll just have to wait 24 hours. After then, if you still didn't receive the email, you can get in touch with them again and they might consider helping you!
Took back a pair of gym leggings that…
Took back a pair of gym leggings that were unused as I saw little hole in them when my daughter put them on to go to her class. She said they were new and hadn’t warm them yet - I said I was going to Kings Road and would exchange them for her! The assistant manager inspite of having a receipt and knowing they hadn’t been worn was only prepared to offer me a repair - I said I didn’t want that as they were new and hadn’t been worn so not caused by my daughter - she was extremely rude and exclaimed that I wasn’t entitled to a new pair and because the company now supported sustainability - I could only expect a repair! After a firm no from me and an instance on an exchange for another pair she eventually went and got me another pair! Why would I want a repair for a new pair that had never been worn!! She was extremely rude and lacked any customer service skills!! Such a shame as the girl who was also serving on the day called Sonya could not have been nicer and I think was so shocked by her assistant managers approach! It’s a disgrace that this assistant manager was so rude! I am not surprised that people are moving to making purchases online at least one does not have to endure rude staff! I love Lulu lemon but Sweaty Betty a much nicer experience and the staff on Kings Road so much more pleasant!
Not interested in providing a service…
I’ve bought their stuff for 2-3 years now as it’s quality sportswear. Recent order had one item missing and dealing with the Guest Education Centre (yes!!) has been tortuous. Ended with no explanation after missed deadlines but final confirmation that they would refund in 3-10 days. They explained that they couldn’t replace top, but invited me to order it after refund as it’s still available!!!

Complete lack of customer service
Complete lack of customer service. I received a jumpsuit which did not fit and tried to contact customer service to get a return number and explanation of the process. I have requested almost 2 weeks ago and written 3 follow up e-mails. NO ANSWER at all - this is not anywhere close the the level of customer service that I would expect. If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would have doe that. I am left with a 180EURO jumpsuit that I can’t use
Utter, Utter Shambles
Well, there aren’t adequate words to describe what an utterly abysmal customer service shambles this whole sorry experience has been. The refund process utterly ridiculous , and took me a week to sort out. Lots of confusion between the US and the UK with one not communicating with the other. System is not fit for purpose. All of the staff involved were good people dealing with a broken system.
Under no circumstances will I be recommending or using this company again. I would in fact go the other way and suggest people avoid it at all costs
Quality is poor
Quality is poor, especially for the price!
I ordered leggings and a top in February and they have barely been worn. The leggings are already unraveling at the seams. I'm told I can send the leggings back for a refund but I'm stuck with an expensive top that I'll have no matching leggings for. I was told by customer service to buy the leggings again! Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself money and buy from elsewhere. Fabletics are miles better.

You get what you pay for!
Purchased a pair of Groove leggings and the matching align top from the Lululemon x Peloton collection. The pants were incredibly long. I don’t live close to a Lululemon store, so I couldn’t have them tailored by Lululemon. I was given the option to use a tailor local to me for the alterations and Lululemon would reimburse! That in itself was amazing!
Sadly, my local tailor messed up the alterations 😭😞 Lululemon, we’re so good… They refunded me the tailoring costs and refunded me the pants themselves allowing me to buy a new pair! There was questions asked, I just provided my receipts/proof of purchase and so on! The turn around time was so quick! Super efficient! It’s my first time shopping with Lululemon, you really do get what you pay for, great products, amazing customer service! I couldn’t recommend them enough! You’ve gained a customer for life!
The only negative I have on Lululemon is the size conversion from US to UK! Wish the UK site was just UK sizing, it would make things so much easier!

Shocking customer and environmental care
Lulu Lemon Customer Services and business practices are shocking. I never expected this from Lululemon but I have now had 2 bad experiences. 1st - I ordered some Align pants, the next day they sent me a 20% off code; I emailed customer services and asked them apply it and refund me the difference (like all other major companies do). They refused; instead they made me re-order a new pair with the discount and send back the old pair. What an absolute waste of shipping materials, CO2 emission for the transport etc...terrible sustainbility and they didn't care at all about me or the customer experience. 2nd, I finally got an instock notification for a pair of V-waist Aligns and purchased them (money taken from my account) and then they send me an email 2 days later cancelling them and saying they are out of stock...no apologies, no voucher for my dissappointment. Nothing. They have zero care for their customers or their environment but happy to charge extortionate prices. Really poor company.
lululemon customer service has severely…
lululemon customer service has severely declined. They used to be brilliant. Now it’s shocking. I refunded a £318 purchase in store in January. A week later I didn’t have my refund. The sales person used the wrong return on the till and didn’t put my card details in. Instead of refunding me they referred it to head office.
Good customer service
I've placed 4 orders with them so far, all got delivered within a week. There was a quality issue with one of the jackets I ordered (sleeve button can't be closed). And I was sent the wrong item in another order (different shirt, different color). Their customer service was great and both issues got resolved quickly.
Inferior quality and appalling customer service-AVOID
Well after buying Lulu’s for years with no issue, they have clearly gone downhill on their quality of items and their customer service is appalling. Bought a pair of their new mini flares and after two wears the stitching was unravelling. Returned and it took absolute weeks to get my refund and only after threatening legal action. Bought another pair thinking it was just a one off quality issue. I was wrong, the material has snagged and Lulu have dismissed my return request and blamed me. Their staff are rude, their products are inferior and do not warrant the price tag. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. My views seem to be shared by many other disgruntled customers as I can now see their shocking trustpilot score. I would suggest you sort this out Lulu or I’m pretty sure you won’t be around for very long.
