I am so grateful for the assistance Stefanie at Luma Light in getting me up and running with my new LED light. It turned out I was being too careful with plugging in the light to the power source. She suggested I give it a good "push" to see if I was not making the connection before she would send me a return label. She was very patient throughout her coaching to my great appreciation. The light works!!! Thank you!

When we emailed to find out delivery date, we were told that the original order had been lost between their supplier and them. To be fair to them, they ordered a replacement very quickly and it only ended up being 1 day later than anticipated. They were very efficient and responded quickly to emails , product looks great (though not fitted yet). Overall very happy with service and product (and they were cheaper than our local supplier).
