Was able to get delivered to a nearby collectionpoint so it was convenient for me. Packaging was good, the products weren't damaged and they arrived quickly and for a good price.

Excellent Customer Service
I knew nothing about Luma Lighting before ordering some bulbs which I couldn't buy locally. They were the best price so I went with them. As it was just after Christmas, I thought it may take the upper end of the delivery time of 2 - 5 days so I was pleasantly surprised to receive regular texts advising that my order had been dispatched the day after I placed it and would be delivered the following day. I received further texts giving me an hour delivery slot which was very accurate. I would definitely recommend the company and will order from them again.

Fantastic service
My order was delivered the next day. One of the bulbs was incorrect so I e mailed them. The correct bulb was sent the next day and I didn't have to return the wrong one.
