Worst products. Paid $70 for a blazer that was “on sale” took two weeks to apparently come from Melbourne. The term blazer is not what I would use. The material is thinner than a tshirt. Website states can return within 30 days however all I have been offered is 15%cash back or 40% credit on there website. Why the heck would I want to buy anything else of their website! SCAMMERS DO NOT PURCHASE

Website is a scam! It looks Australian but it’s not, it’s just bad quality drop shipping. My order took 3 weeks to arrive, when it finally arrived the quality was very poor and I then found the EXACT same item (same photos) on Temu for $30 (I paid $120 “on sale”).

I paid $40 to return the item to China in the hope of a full refund, I have now been advised it has been held at customs in China because the return address provided does not exist. I am now out of pocket over $150 and I don’t even have the item.

Do not purchase from them!

I purchased a jacket from Lumeeh, but it was too small. When I tried to return it, I was told I would need to pay the cost of shipping it back to China and would not receive a full refund.

Given the company sells to Australian customers, I found this returns policy unreasonable and not customer-friendly. Had I known this beforehand, I may not have purchased the product.

I recommend that potential customers carefully review the return policy before buying. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Lume again.

These are scammers at their best. They pretend like they are in Australia and they do refund!! After I received my purchase which was sewn with low grade look, trying to get a refund they were back and forth and gave a Chinese address to return the items. They offered a 15% then 20% refund until I gave up. Dont buy from these chinese scammers people

Bought a jacket based on sizing and it was far too big. Advertised with functional pockets, didn't have any.
Tried to return but all they would offer me was a refund of 15% based on the original price or store credit for 40% what I paid. Checked policies and I'm eligible for refund but they stuff you around long enough that you can't get it.
Avoid. Poor quality and difficult customer service.

Absolutely sick & tired of false advertising making it look like a local store in Melbourne, only to find out its coming from China directly. 2-3 sizes too small. No brand tag around the neck and no size tag to be found on the winter jacket for men. There should be warnings labelled on websites forced by Australian Government to stop people being ripped off by companies like this. $90 jacket not even worth half the price, advertised as a sale, saving $80, rrp $170 originally. Save your money folks and buy elsewhere. When it looks too good to be true you can guarantee it probably is!

AVOID AT ALL COST. SCAMMERS BOUGHT ITEMS AND THE QUALITY WAS VERY POOR QUALITY. RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS. CLAIMING REFUND WAS A NON STARTER, THEY OFFERED ME 15% DISCOUNT THEN 20%. RETURN ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE IS FAKE. WHEN I EMAILED THEM FOR AN ADDRESS TO RETURN THE ITEMS TO, THEY KEPT GIVING ME REASONS AND THAT THE RETURN COST OF USD 20 WAS MY OWN EXPENSE WHICH WAS FINE WITH ME. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE NO PROPER WEBSITE AND T AND C.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this company. I’m in the quagmire right now of trying to get a refund on the shoes I purchased. Same crappy return experience as others. I chose to mail the goods back to China (instead of their %offer). Now, they have my tracking number and the goods are in China but its 3 weeks later and no money in my account. I’m dealing with AI response emails. I’m sure I’ll never see the $100 that I paid. Very disappointing experience.

This is the absolute worst company! It is a complete scam - clothes are crappy quality, half of my order didn’t even arrive! They are not based in Melbourne, it is a complete scam - they will not refund you or provide you with a voucher the actually works. Buyer be ware, this company is appalling!

Site implied goods are from Australia based on transit times and a reference to Australia Post. Items shipped from China and sub par quality - offered a $14 credit then a $19 credit (with a smallstore credit) or i could return goods at own expense back to a China Location.

Wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this site. Product that arrived was not correct colour and sizing is also not true to size. When I requested refund they only offered me % off vouchers as otherwise the shipping would cost to much they advised. The voucher they gave me for “65%” when put it in was only 42%. Feel they are quite deceptive and not nice products. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst experience ever. Fake site not based in Australia. It’s better to order from Temu or SHEIN because the quality is same. It’s a scam. Beware!!!

This website is NOT Australian based despite all outward appearances. Their return policy states that shipping for returns is at the buyer’s expense but what is not stated is that the return address is in China. The quality of the item was poor and initial attempt at emailing to try and arrange a return was met with several ‘offers’ to be refunded a trivial amount but to keep the item. Would recommend steering well clear of purchasing from this website…

AVOID AVOID AVOID.this company is in China. The whole setup is fake. They are a scam. No clear website address and when you contact them its all fluffing around what you say. Please note if you do attempt to buy something their refund is dodgy. They dont refund in fact they dont even want you to send the product back They know they sell inferior quality and charge you Australian prices. They offer 15% of your money back. These people are worrying keep clear their website should be pulled down.

Less than average product. They say refund if not satisfied but have been back and forth constantly with the trying to get out of it with store credit ignoring my request. Their excuse is the products must be sent back to china and cost to return is the same price as product. Be very cautious shopping here

Looks nice, but the bulb stopped working after about two months.

Be aware that the price does not match the quality, and there is very poor customer service.

One of the bulbs failed after 35 days (on the second instance of me charging the bulb), and the company refused to replace it because of their 30-day return policy. I tried referring to the ACL but the company would not change its position.

This was an expensive mistake to make, I do not recommend!

Quality versus price ratio is very bad. After service support also very bad. Would never again purchase there!

Not as advertised. I purchased a ‘woollen coat’ in light beige, it arrived in light pink 2 weeks after purchase from China (they advertised Melbourne, so I had assumed it was a shop there). When I contacted support, they initially agreed the coat did not match the colour described. Since speaking with their supplier, they have said that colours vary through screens? Even though it was advertised as beige. For $130, I’m very disappointed.
