I thought I was I was calling the right number but after that I found the correct number the team replied quickly and connected me to the person responsible overseas.
They have amazing products and we started working together and I am sure we will achieve results with flying colors. They are also very generous and I am amazed with their products portfolio especially lumipro and lips boosters and eyes boosters. Amazing brand 👍🏽

A superb filler.... The full range of lumifil are fabulous derma fillers. I have never has any migration issues. They soften and settle really quickly and they last well past a year to a year and a half. I am very happy with this product ♥ ♥

Highly recommend

I placed an order for nearly a £1000 worth of products. Also paid a whopping £75 for overseas delivery too, but still haven’t received it.

Called Lumifil in Warrington about ten times and nobody answered the phone.
Left several messages asking for a call back but no one did.

Finally got through after a week of trying and they said they’d check to see where my order was and call me back in ten minutes but that was about three days ago now.
Left several messages again as they didn’t answer my calls. Still waiting to hear back now.

Very disappointed and now worried they have my money and won’t be sending my products any time soon.

Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this company as their customer service is dreadful and we’ll wait to see if my goods actually arrive.

I’ve recently tried Lumifil after trialling numerous brands of filler, I can honestly say it is a DREAM to work with. The consistency is so smooth, and the results I can achieve are incredible. The customer service side is amazing, everyone I’ve ever spoken to is so lovely and eager to help!
I’ve also recently had my own lips filled with Lumifil Kiss, after dissolving my previous filler. I was expecting them to go down faster because of starting over but it’s the best my lips have ever held and I’m shocked as I’m always left with lips that’s deflate so quickly!
So excited to bring this into my clinic to use on my clients ❤️

Bought this thinking I'd save money well used it on my temple's after a fortnight waiting for it to settle its not settled in the place, s I've injection it's actually ran down and settled and gave me to big jowls on each side of my face next to my mouth as I touch the area softly it's like Jelly which tells me there is filler there like 2 Large Sack, s the filler is not strong enough to settle down in the places that I injected and because its cheap korean crap on a korean site I found the same full at £22 so this company DOES NOT MAKE THIS FILLER A CHEAP KOREAN COMPANY MAKES IT I've bought Revolax from Korea and it did the same thing I've had to desolving it with Haluronadaise this filler has made SUCH A MESS OF MY FACE PUFFY EYES SWOLLEN JOWELS THAT KINDA TURKEY LOOK DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOOK UP ON GOOGLE AND YOU'LL FIND IT IN KOREA LIKE I DID THIS SO. called Lumifil DO NOT MAKE THIS FILLER IT'S FALSE SELLING JUST RUBBISH

I haven’t used this product as yet, however I am incredibly happy with the service I have received from Lumifil so far. I placed an ordered & it was delivered to me within the 48 period that followed. Dpd delivered it in the condition I wish all my parcels are arrived in. Well packaged safe & over all very pleasing.

I shall use the product very Soon & I’ll be sure to let you know how that goes.
