Ordered goods £80. Never arrived and the postage link never worked.
I emailed the company and never received a reply.
Have had to get my CC involved to claim a refund.
Don’t waste your money on this company.
Looking at the reviews I’m not alone and others have been duped as well.
This company should have their website removed and not be allowed to advertise goods, they clearly don’t have.

Ordered a knee wrap £69 confirmation order and tracking No but nothing has come and no replies to any e mails at all. that was on the 7th July three weeks ago would suggest never use this company going to see if I can claim my money back from my card

No updates no product that has arrived. I usually don’t write reviews. This one may not deserve a star :(. Sad. I hope to get updates.

After 2 weeks item has broken down half of it is not working I have contacted them four times I just been ignored they don't answer emails at all this is company which shouldn't be trusted I've opened case with my credit cards to get refund avoid them they just want to get your money with poor quality of product.. there's no customer service at all nonexistent.. I highly regretted I bought product from them.

I spent £88 on x2 items from there 'professional' looking website. After wait almost 3 weeks to receive my items when they arrive i realise that have been shipped from china the products and packaging looks nothing like the products on the website, they were cheaply made and also no safety seal on the products which could of been tampered with the packaging was also dented. I have contacted them fora refund and no reply yet. I believe that this website is a SCAM and is selling counterfeit products do not buy from them please save your money!!!!

I purchased an LED mask and like others no luck getting a tracking number and no response from messages sent via their email form. It does indeed feel like a scam.

I ordered my product on the 4th July with a 4-7 day delivery, it is now the 15th, I've heard nothing from them, I've emailed and received no response, the order still says preparing!! I would like a refund at this point but not a clue where to go!
This company should not be associated with the shop app!

Wish I’d read the reviews prior to purchasing. Ordered weeks ago, emailed twice with no response, tracking doesn’t work. AVOID!!!

I purchased a product from Lumilux for £79 and never received it. I tried contacting them multiple times via email, but received no response at all. The order tracking link they provided never worked, and I’ve had no updates or support since the purchase. At this point, I feel completely ignored and let down. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company — it feels like a scam.

I never write reviews, however I felt I needed to share my experience:
I purchased the cellulite massager, and after saw the reviews on trustpilot I was worried that I had just lost all my money. However, after you purchase they send you an email, where you have to download the “shop” app. It links your purchase so you can follow every step of the delivery, my item was sent with Royal Mail. I received my parcel today, it took just over a week to arrive. Everything I ordered came, the massager is fully functional and works as advertised. Only qualm, I bought the gel with the massager, however I recommend using oil instead as it was easier to use.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered a product and it wasn't what I expected so put in a form online to return it within the returns period, this was 3 months ago now and I've submitted multiple forms and emailed them several times and had no response. I'll now have to contact my bank for a refund. What a joke.

Only 1 star tobe able to write a review. Eventually received the cellulite wand. Not what I was expecting as after a one time use it made my leg feel like it was on fire! Took me about an hour to cool it with cold water. Tried to return but after several attempts ti get a return label it was apparent as people have implied, that this company appears to be a scam. Do not buy from them. If Lumilux would like to prove me wrong then please respond

Shocking company. Avoid at all costs. Orderd on 3rd June and expected item by 8th June. Nothing received. Have tried emailing and calling. No response. If not received soon, I will contact my bank to recover monies. Absolute joke of a company

Didn't receive therabrush. After weeks of waiting patiently a cheap knock off from China arrived. States do not use oil so very disappointed with product and company.
No way to return and get refund so using for the blue/red light & massage functions.

Horrible products. don't buy from this website.

I have been chasing this company since my order arrived and no one has got back to me.  The product needs to be returned as it is faulty and completely different to what was described in your picture. Failure to receive a refund or response will result in me taking this further because it cost a lot of money and is not worth the quality at all. 

Your site promises a 30 day money back guarantee, yet you do not respond to customers in this time. I will not let this go. This is absolutely appalling and appears to be fraud of some kind. 

I want my full money back.
