They don’t respond to emails and the phone number just goes to voicemail. I contacted Amex after reading the reviews worrying it wouldn’t arrive. Amex closed the case and my product arrived today. Not sure if it only arrived because I disputed the payment and they were contacted by Amex or I’m one of the few that got my delivery

Echoing everyone else on here - ordered a branded product and received a cheap Chinese rip off - even the packaging said from AliExpress.

To make matters worse it had clearly been used aswell and had someone else’s hair all tangled up in it

I'd give zero stars. Cheap knockoff that DO NOT stick/magnetise to your eyes at all. Very frustrating and went in the bin.

I ordered a branded item from this company and received a cheap Chinese knockoff instead. It looked nothing like what was advertised—poor quality, fake packaging, and completely different from the product description.

To make things worse, I reached out to their customer service multiple times and got no response at all. No acknowledgment, no apology, no refund—nothing. This company is clearly running a scam.

Save your money and avoid this seller completely. They’re dishonest, and once they get your money, you’re on your own.

Not what I expected. Tried to get my money back and they would not process my return. Lashes were not used. They just seemed cheaply made. I do not recommend.

Ordered the lumilux co magnetic lashes. They were shit. The magnet on the lashes themselves are not strong enough to actually Connect through my own. And some of them won’t even «disconnect» from the applicator. DON’T buy!!

Zijn allemaal verschillende reclames van het zelfde bedrijf. Dit is nou toevallig voor de wimpers maar ze hebben veel meer reclames en dit allemaal via snapchat. Koop nooit wat via snapchat zonder naar Trustpilot te gaan wat dit zijn oplichters!!! Ben er inmiddels al 2x ingetrapt, mails met dat de bestelling is ontvangen en dat ze er mee aan de gang gaan. En verder? Je hoort helemaal NIKS meer van ze en zal je bestelling niet krijgen!
