We enjoyed the magical atmosphere - in the dark with lots of coloured lights - which our grandchildren loved seeing. They ran from section to section to see the next theme, and loved the interactive sections.
Old and young alike (and Mum too) thought it was lovely. The hot chocolate marshmallows were a hit, and the hot chocolate drinks were relished.
We shall visit again in 2026!!

We took our 20 month old gramdson. It eas beautiful. All he kept saying was wow

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Luminate, Margam Park recently. I went with my son and daughter in law, my two small grandsons aged two and three and their other grandmother. Everything was set out beautifully with music which gave a great atmosphere. I loved the fields of lit up roses, they were stunning. The trees changing colour were lovely, there were interactive displays, the whole thing was magical. We finished the evening off with delicious hot chocolate and waffle sticks up at the castle and two very excited little boys. Everything was very well organised, from booking tickets, car parking, stewards and kiosks with all kinds of foodie treats along the route. We’ll certainly be coming back next year!

Amazing light trail and such a fantastic way to get in the Christmas mood. We went again between Christmas and new year and so glad we did. It was a great way to spend that time straight after Christmas when you are never quite sure what to do

It was our 1st time visiting luminate with our beautiful baby boy. It was absolutely breathtaking and so magical. Our 6 month old was looking at all the pretty lights and we were blown away as to how pretty it was. The layout was great and easy to follow. Plenty of parking spaces and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it and will certainly be returning in the near future. Worth every penny!!

This was our first time at the Coombe Abbey Luminate event and we really enjoyed it. The light displays were varied and engaging and we enjoyed the interactive elements. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the cost of the catering outlets - three hot chocolates from the Cadbury hut cost £19, which seems rather excessive.

Great to see new features each year. The wow factor was missing from the biggest display this year (the one about halfway) but it's still my fav xmas lights in Norfolk. Great for kids.

Very poor show compared to previous years - fewer lights, poor interactive displays.

The food area is a joke - you pay £24 for two hot dogs, only then to be told they have no buns, so you get served an under-cooked sausage in a napkin. You of course bin this as you don't want to be ill the next day and head to the Greek Gyros stand, you order two gyros and two drinks - they give you two gyros and tell you they haven't charged you for drinks - pay again. Of course, they know there's no phone reception so you can't pull up the transaction to argue it, so you end up paying twice for drinks. Such a scam.

Also I didn't think companies are allowed to offer incentives to post tustpilot reviews? I received an email with star ratings - only 4 & 5 took me to trust pilot (1-3 took me to a google form) and promised entry to win tickets for next year.

Laminate Ashton Court in Bristol was a beautiful show. It’s a great setting for a light show and was delivered really well, with different and dramatic sections and music. My family and I loved it!

It was superb, fantastic to get into the christmas spirit and we wanted to stay for hours and hours.

We went as family (children 10 & 13) and loved it! The lighting was superb, staff friendly and helpful and it created a wonderful Christmas feel.
It’s not cheap but I felt compared with other similar events I have attended it was value for money.
Thoroughly recommend.

We've been coming every year for 3 years now. The kids love it. It's a beautiful experience and has become one of our Christmas traditions.

This was the third year running where the family have visited Luminate at Sandringham. As ever the lights were fantastic, the staff all very friendly and helpful the food we had ( hot dogs ) very good. Only complaint was very slow getting into car park where the attendant stopped every car to advise them where the disabled park was, Perhaps a big sign showing this would have been more practical as car park queues went onto the nearby road.

Brilliant show and the whole family enjoyed it. Some new additions on the previous years show were good too. One suggestion would be to have a shorter route option for families with younger children (eg under 5's)

A lovely display and an enjoyable experience. Miserable weather (don't worry, didn't affect the rating 😁) that, on occasion, actually added to the atmosphere. 😄

First visit; well organised, though signage to entrance at Margam Park could have been clearer. Staff very friendly, and path well laid out. Very magical - though not sure how Christmassy it was. Light show on the house confusing and unclear. Mulled wine and marshmallow were lovely. Overall, we really enjoyed and would recommend.

Beautiful light installations

First time ever visiting a Luminate and were blown away . Took our 10 year old granddaughter and she loved it too , especially toasting marshmallows. From the moment we arrived everything was well organised, the staff were super friendly. Will definitely return even if it’s just us two adults next time. The show projected onto the castle was mesmerising 😃
