It does feel amazing on my face!!! I use the red light in the morning and the white light in the evening!!! The vibrating feature feels so nice against my face!!!!!

My experience has been DO NOT do business with this company!! After several emails they still won’t tell me where my order is coming from (country of origin) bc it sits in customs apparently! Companies should be required to let perspective customers know what they’re buying is coming from another country and who knows when or if you’ll receive it! They also refuse to refund my money until they receive it back IF I ever get it!
So what does that mean? Where ever this goes back to it has to sit in customs again on the other end?? This is absolute & total BS!!

So far so good. It feels amazing on my face. No adverse reactions. I love the warm sensations and vibrations. I've only been using this product for about 2 weeks and I think I see a slight difference. Not sure just yet. (Unfortunately, I have no before and after photos). Nevertheless, its so relaxing and feels wonderful. I hope mine continues to work after a few months so I can see results. After reading the other reviews, I am a bit nervous.
But so far so good.

The first one I bought within 30 days the vibrating settings stopped working. And customer service ghosted me. Bought the second one and within a few months the vibrating settings stopped working again. Not worth buying it if it's defective.

Just received mine and use it everyday before work. Too early to see results but I believe it’s going to help. Love the ease of using it.

Shipping said it would be 3-5 days but took a month to be delivered. I ordered the same product from a different site for a significantly lower price and received it way faster than the one ordered from Luminesce.

I like the product. The light massage on my face is wonderful. Instructions on how to use it would have been helpful.

The company should be more responsive to customer service inquiries. I ordered over a month ago and paid for express shipping. I still haven’t received it AND being asked for reviews. Reached out to customer service. No response. I’ll be requesting a charge reversal.

Customer Service is absolute crap.

I wanted to give this product a try and decided sure, since all over their site is says 30-day money back guarantee. Straight up lie. I emailed and received a response asking for reciepts and photos of the product. I sent those back and then heard nothing. Followed up and was asked if the product was defective. I was honest and said nothing in particular was wrong but that I did not feel it had made any change for my skin. I have now followed up multiple times with no response.

I wish I had read these reviews sooner, I wouldn't have bought it if I had. Probably should have seen through it right away but here we are. Would never order from this site again and would advise no one else to either.

unit kicks out all the time for no reason. vibration part stops vibrating, you turn it off and on and it works again for a few seconds....garbage...

Love it. Skin feels tighter and uplifted. It’s also relaxing while you use it. It’s great !!!

Product stopped working outside of 30 days. There is no warranty on this product outside of 30 days at all.

The Luminesce Red Light Therapy device is marketed as a skincare tool that harnesses LED technology to promote collagen production, reduce fine lines, and improve overall skin tone. It offers multiple light settings, including red light therapy, which is known for its potential anti-aging and healing benefits.

The product took a while to ship and arrive. Red flag for me was it shipped from outside the United States.

No real results after 2 weeks with the serum as well. A little disappointing but I am going to continue for another 2 weeks and see if anything improves.

I have not received my order yet! Where is it?!! You took my money without delivering my package!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t reach by phone, won’t call back and won’t answer emails. They’re trying to add things to my order that I didn’t approve. After trying the makeup, I should be charged 39,99 to keep it. They say I owe $117. They won’t correct it. Haven’t received my order, but when I do, it’s going right back. Please be aware of this company.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Refused to cancel my order within half hour of ordering. Now want me to pay shipping to return it. Refund is not guaranteed either. It's a scam. I wish I had read Reddit reviews before ordering.

This product is amazing. My skin is so smooth. My fine forehead lines aren't as visible. I haven't had any acne on my chin since using it on the blue light filter.
My only complaint was shipping too longer than 3 to 5 business days. It was about a week and a half.

So, the device for light therapy I bought from luminesce that arrived 12/31/24, it took forever to arrive, stopped vibrating after only 49 days of use. They told me, sorry. It's outside the 30-day warranty I do not recommend.

When I posted a comment to their ad post to warn others of the product's lack of durability, including screen shots of their email telling me essentially I was out of luck because I didn'treach out before the 30-day warranty, not only was it deleted, but I was blocked from their Facebook page.
