I ordered Luminyx OREGANO OIL. After ordering it and paid for it, I received an email of a delay ( 4 weeks delay). When i received the package ( plastic/taped) 3rd world packaging like a 4 year old would have done with a Chinese name as sender - Not from Luminyx - the oregano oil bags have no name as company. Obviously this is contrefaits pill of whatever it is but definitely not OREGANO OIL ! Beware and Caution DO NOT consume - Lesson learn ! They are no customer service either
I threw them away and I will do a better research.

Total bait and switch -- torn between: I should have known better, and frustration with the lack of response from the company. I still do not have my item, and had to file a dispute with PayPal. The company corresponded through PayPal with me and offered a 50% discount. PayPal customer service suggested I take it. One very frustrating note -- Lumivyx said it emailed me tracking info, and it indeed never did. When I pressed for it, they went silent. So the fact that they said they emailed me was very frustrating. Nothing in spam or junk, so nothing at all. Also, when I ordered through the website, it said "low stock." It let me order and pay, but then I received a notice that it was backordered. When I filed the dispute through PayPal, PayPal was able to track an obscure tracking number to some port in Hong Kong. Totally bogus -- doubt I'll ever see this item.

Update -- went round and round on their website chat and finally got an email with a tracking number, which can only be checked on their site. When I checked it, the original date of purchase was there with "order being processed." This means they got my payment and have basically done nothing toward sending me anything.

One star given because I had to give one. Do not buy from this company. Products never arrived and no refund given. Beware buy elsewhere!

Never got my product. They said they sent it and that was it. Please don’t waste your money . I finally got the the product

I ordered the oregano oil with black seed oil.

I placed the order 2/5/26 and it said it would arrive at my home 2/15-18/26. I payed 11.99 for shipping of 8oz. I was reluctant and wanted the product. My product never came by the end of February they finally got back to me an gave me a refund for shipping. The told me then that I would be expedited for delivery. 3 weeks later no product. I asked for full refund and received my full refund. I also received the product.al of this took about 7 weeks and many emails with AI generated emails full of fluff.
If all this wasn’t bad enough the product is worthless as it doesn’t even have. Drop of oregano in it. No taste no smell just who knows what? The claim that it has 6,000 mg is also ridiculous. So sad that people are being ripped off when all they want is to feel good. This company is rated as a trusted company on the internet and it is far from anything trust worthy. Do not purchase.

My mother got to experience these leak proof underwear while she was sick. She is 80 years old and any type of sickness is hard. She absolutely loved them! She said they were so soft and comfortable with great flexibility and support. While she was sick the leak proof came in so very handy and provide the right amount of protections without being bulky. She is already making out her next order.

I ordered the Oregano Oil from them! It took me putting in a complaint with PayPal. I kept checking on the shipping details and it was coming from CHINA!!! When I finally did get it (over a month later) there is no company name on it and on the back it says it’s from Colorado (that was a lie)!! Don’t trust this company and now not sure I actually got a legit product!

I put my order in for oil of oregano on February 22-2026 received a message they did not have the product so it would be late getting to me, I asked for refund and could not get one. the package showed up in mail 3-16-2026 with an address no name so I opened it and could not refuse it. Nowhere on the package does it have the Lumivyx name on it. Just got scammed for 59 dollars. Would not recommend ordering anything from them. If there was less than a 1 star rating that's what I would give this company.

I would give them less than 1 if possible. So far I only received 1/4 of the product I purchased. They have sent inaccurate responses, and numerous excuses. But still no product nor refund. I think this company is possibly a scam… if not it’s just poorly run. Buy from someone else.

Stay away from this company. Pretty sure they're a fraud. They tried to steal my money all the while giving me excuses as to why my order never arrived. Received a reply from some imbecile named "Dar" saying he would fix it and then nothing. DON'T WASRE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Ordered beet chews...they said 9-12 business days for arrival...tracking never worked and no response to multiple emails to support...now 37 days and no response and the hotline just continually repeats a line to hold for an agent..over and over and over...scam company but they had a good professional review by a supposed third party of their beet chews vs 9 others...maybe they choked on their chews

I ordered in February. Received an email back stating due to heavy demand they were out of the item but would be back in stock and shipped by Feb 27th. Then I heard nothing so I emailed them. They wrote back saying it had been shipped and they would provide tracking ONCE IT WAS CLOSER TO ITS DESTINATION. I emailed again as nothing has arrived and asked for tracking info or I was going to report to the BBB. I received an email back saying its been shipped and they cant cancel an order once shipped but that they refunded my credit card and when the item arrives can consider it a gift from the company. I need to check my statement to see if they really did process a refund or not. This is a total scam!!!!

I placed an order on January 23. 2026 and as of today, March 5, 2026 I have not received it. On Feb 19 I emailed Lumivxy requesting to cancel the order and refund my $. They replied with an apology and offered a 30% refund if I would not cancel the order. I agreed. Today is March 5 and I still have not recieved the order and no discount.

They continue to say the item shipped or it’s on its way but they can’t never provide the tracking information. After back and forth I disputed the charges with my credit card company. This is a fraudulent company and view your deal should not be featuring their products

Ordered product Feb 14 and got confirmation that shipping was delayed. Credit card billed immediately but product never received. I will try to
get my card credited but
there is a veiled warning on the company's website. Customers are urged to buy insurance to guarantee delivery. Buyer beware.

Sizing of panties is very large, they are very thin. Took me almost a week for someone to answer my email. Then they wanted to only give me 80% back. Ordered on the 6th of Feb, didn't receive until the 20th,email on the 22th, no response, suppose respond in 24 hrs, sent 2 more emails, finally responded on the 25th. Would not recommend them for this product.

They took great care of my order. Even though I made a mistake and double ordered, they immediately put things back, as I wished. I was so grateful and my trust certainly became strong with their honesty.

Professional, yet friendly quick response

I am amazed at the excellent customer service which I have received from this company. My dentist suggested I start using a water pik. I did some research and found Lumivyx. I received my order and there was an issue with the pik. I contacted them and almost immediately I was contacted to resolve the issue. I was notified that they are sending me a new water pik and I am thrilled. I will definitely be purchasing additional water piks for my family.
