In addition to offering a terrific product the customer service at Luna London is outstanding! A few weeks after purchasing my Luna mirror I accidentally dropped the separate magnifying mirror and it shattered. I contacted customer service, (Megan) asking if I could buy a replacement. Not only did they replace the mirror they sent it to me absolutely free! Outstanding! I rarely witness this type of commitment from companies so what a delight it is to be able to share this experience with other potential and existing customers.

Received the Orbit mirror and the quality is fantastic. Incredibly speedy delivery, excellent product and the customer service is outstanding. Would definitely order again and highly recommend.

I bought one of these for travelling as I’m fed up with poorly lit Hotel mirrors and I’m so glad I did. It’s very light and compact with 2 brightness settings and comes with a charging wire so no chance of batteries running out on you.
My only regret is that I didn’t find out about this earlier.

Seriously! Meagan is so quick to reply to emails, concerns, helpful and if not resolvable immediately makes good on their promises! I have had issues with my beautiful mirror Orbit and even after I have had it all this time, as we speak she made sure that after back n forth emails of troubleshooting - they are sending me a replacement! Products are just beautiful and classy! I will definitely buy from again! And recommend to everyone!

Oh and when I first purchased my mirror the detachable magnified was just not staying put - they immediately upon release of upgrading it - sent me out another one.

In this day of so many companies not caring, not honoring promises, not even replying to our concerns -LUNA and Meagan and the team are a breath of fresh air and I for one am VERY appreciative!
