Problem with the order
I ordered some food. Still waiting for the delivery so can't say anything about that yet.

Great customer service
Had to cancel my order due to a change in circumstances and their customer service was prompt and professional. They confirmed cancellations within hours and processed refund speedily. I would place an order in future.

Lune and wild have been fantastic sorting out my order which the delivery company were being a slight pain to deliver. They were immediately on the end of an email/telephone and re-sorting my order in time for Christmas.

Absolutely love Lune & Wild. Their meals are healthy and tasty and my toddler loves them. They provide the best customer service and are always quick to respond and help deal with any issues such as my change of address that I forgot to update until my order was ready. Emma-Louise quickly sorted it for me, no problem at all. Great service always!

This is a business that really cares
This is a business that really cares. They genuinely value their customers and it shows in everything they do. Their beautiful meals are thoughtfully made with a variety of options - the seasonal Dahl being a particular favourite in this household.
I recently experienced a delay in delivery which had me worried about the quality of product being compromised. The response was outstanding, I was contacted personally and a whole new delivery was arranged, free of cost.
In the age of bots and endless hours spent waiting to speak to someone on the phone when an issue arises, it's rare to find a place that puts this much heart into both their products and customer care.
Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with thinking I had double paid for my subscription (my fault) I emailed to explain and they called me back within 5 minutes and not only fixed everything but made the delivery date better - incredible customer service and can’t wait for my little one to try the food after my first child loved it last time!

Fantastic nutrition food when you’re busy family.
I am human and forget to take something out for tea but these are fantastic I don’t have to worry.
So quick and easy and boom home cooked meal for the baby when you really aren’t prepared that day.
I no longer have to worry about batch cooking with 0 time already.
These meals are a staple in our lives.

Wonderful customer experience
We were introduced to Lune & Wild by a friend. Our LO loves the snacks - so nice knowing she’s getting great ingredients in a weaning friendly (and low mess, iykyk) manner.
We had issues with DPD losing our package. But customer service responded quickly & sorted us out with a new order.

I have been giving my 12 month old baby Lune and Wild for a number of months now. He adores the sauces (super easy and quick) and I tend to use lentil or chickpea pasta which cooks in less than 5 mins. These sauces are very tasty and convenient for busy mums and I like that there are minimal ingredients. Would love to see some more veggie sauces or even a chicken pasta sauce (limiting red meat!)
He is a massive fan of the carrot cake fingers and muffins too and these make great snacks.
I have tried another competitor to L&W this week and so far my baby has rejected all the food from the competitor - clearly he has a preference!
