Sehr enttäuschend. Angeblich kommt die Ware aus Deutschland. Nach Bestellung und Bezahlung wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Ware versendet wurde. Es gibt keine Versand-Nummer oder Info zum Liefertermin. Nach Rückfrage wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Ware innerhalb von 5 - 20 Tagen (!!!) ankommen wird. Falls das nicht der Fall sei, solle ich bis zu 120 Tage warten und mich dann erneut melden. Ich kann nur jedem von einem Kauf bei dieser Firma abraten. Sie geben vor, Ware aus Deutschland zu versenden und dann kommt , wenn überhaupt, ein billiges China-Produkt.

Habe 2 Sachen bestellt. 1 kam an. Kundenservice angeschrieben die sich auch sehr schnell gemeldet haben. Die 2 Sendung wäre unterwegs. Bis jetzt kann ich nicht klagen.

Egy csillagot SEM érdemel. Február eleje óta várok egy kis tetves csomagra és most május van. Igergetnek összevissza. Legutóbbi hogy 6.5 én fogom megkapni. De már nem is kell. Elálltam a vásárlástól de nem fogadták el, mondván, hogy úton van. Hol van úton... Vicc ez a cég, senki ne rendeljen. Meg hogy csak az Ő RENDSZERÜNKBEN LEHET NYOMONKOVETNI. KÉSZ VICC. Kérem vissza a pénzem.

Anfang Februar bestellt, heute noch keine Lieferung. Auch nach 4 Emails kein Lösungsvorschlag. Nur Vertröstungen. Nun soll ich 120 Tage warten um Anspruch auf Rückerstattung zu bekommen!

Achtung ⚠️ ⚠️ Finger weg von diesem Onlineshop. Sehr unseriös und zwilichtig. Ware kommt nie an und Geld ist weg. Der Kundenservice ist auch Katastrophe vor angegertigte Mails in gebrochenem deutsch und das erst nach 20mal schreiben!! Ekelhaftes Pack

Au trecut 25 de zile și nu mi a ajuns comanda și nici nu va ajunge cu siguranță!

They are thiefs, real piece of sheit. The merch had to be prepaid but nothing happened for 60 days. After complaints they ask you to wait, no refund is possible.
Don't order and spread the word.
2023.08.04 update: after threatening them with reporting to European Customer Centre, they have sent back the money. Still, one star.

They do not deserve a single star. Ordered goods have not arrived, no reply to letters. I have got only an automatic e-mail...
Everyone should stay far away from this site!

Extremely slow delivery (was 60+ days to me!)
Obviously they are just doing "drop shipping" and ordering stuff from China, no warehouse at all
I cannot see eg. what color I ordered in the confirmation email, thus I could not complain about it
They wanted me to send the product back to Czech however I ordered it from Hungary from Hungarian website
The shipping cost would have been higher than the price of the product, which is non-sense.

I have ordered a JBL Tune 115TWS Case Black from them on Jan 3rd 2023. Actually I was in assumption that this company is originally from Hungary (
Lunzo.hu) and they have stocks. But once I made the payment, the initial communication said usual delivery take 20-45 days. But later after 50 days when I sent an email saying that I didn't get my products, they asked me to wait till 60 days and if I did not get it then they take necessory action.

But after 64 days still I didnt get my products and today they asking me to wait 120 days and I think it goes 180, 240 days so on.

When I asked to refund my payment they denied that as well. I cannot imagine how this company is on business this way. Either they should know where the delivery item stuck or some information they don't have visibility. But when I do tracking it says it's came through from China to Hungary on Jan 17th and after that no progress at all.

Don't order from here! Fraudulent company. Fortunately, I only sent an order for the amount. I ordered at the end of December, still nothing on February 16.

Csaló cég! Ne rendelj innen. December végén rendeltem egy cippzár javító készletet, február 16.-n még semmi

Awful company! I ordered an items but they couldn’t treat my payment. After 5 days ( and many letters) they accept my ordering but it was too late to me. So I wrote many letter and ask give back my money I don’t need for the item yet. But I got an email “we sent the item”. I wrote one more email to the customer service as an very angry style. But they didn’t answer…

The range is good and the prices too, but when you buy a product and have paid, you are told that the shipment will take 15 to 45 days...
So they just sell stuff from China and have nothing in stock, you only hear that when you have paid, this is consumer deception.
