Luscombe have been really great to work with. Quick in response and accessible when sorting out new contracts, maintenance issues and general letting needs. Staff are helpful and polite and tolerate my late replies very well. Would recommend.

I don't leave reviews for most estate agents because they usually pretty rubbish but Luscombe & CO have always been great.

We have been tenants with Luscombe & CO for 2 years now and never had any issues.

Lauren has always been very speedy to reply and helpful.

If we have had any issues with the property they will sort it out very fast. For example our boiler broke the other week and they managed to get an engineer out to help within hours!!

I have always found Luscombes very friendly and efficient. As soon as a tenant leaves they find another one very quickly. Also do all the necessary checks making my life as a landlord so much easier. I would recommend them to anyone needing a letting agent as far as I am concerned they are the best there is

Customer service is a joke,
All is fine when you pay on time, but when you've got some problems on the property which Luscombe looking after, you will be ignored or will take them 4,68 moths? or never ....
From Luscombe, to landlords, back and forth blaming each other. Terrible. There are many other agencies on the market where the agent looking after tenants much better then them.

We've used Luscombe for 10 years now, they are professional in every way. We satisfy and appreciate the help and support they provide, no matter they are legal matters, repairs or any other matters concerned. We fell well protected.

Luscombe always provide a great service to us as landlords. They provide quality tenants with sound references who remain at the property on a long term basis preventing unnecessary and costly void periods. Highly recommend!

Rented a property via Luscombe and the inventory was never shared with us and on moving out the inventory was used to attempt to make huge claims along with landlord. Surprisingly the inventory images was partly taken leaving out images of junk from past repairs done and were left in a portion of the property attempting to charge us for the removal of the junk on exit. Things that were already on the supposed inventory were attempted to be claimed as damages from us. Tried to claim on us for a decrepit cupboard that was prior rusted that we did not inform them it was rusty! Luckily the deposit protection adjudicator was more than reasonable after seeing counter evidence. There were delays with instituting repairs, shoddy repairs made by their workmen they tried to claim we made them. Too many things to write.
It is not one star due to a few of the staff who were very reasonable when dealt with but overall, i'd thread very carefully. Keep evidences of any communication, take your own pictures on entry and exit, ask for the inventory on entry, when poor repairs are made escalate and evidence it otherwise you might be blamed for the shoddy job.
They will be better when they recognise their customers as key to their susteinance

DO NOT USE!! Incredibly unprofessional when dealing with complaints.
The responses I have received in regards to a nuisance tenant have been incredulous.
The attitude from Anna and Demi has been disgusting, quite frankly they require retraining in customer service.

WORD OF CAUTION, ask someone to inspect and photograph your rental property when you take the keys.
