Quick visit to Luscombes this morning to fix an annoying rattle.
Very busy today but my appointment was on time & the problem resolved quickly.
Nice to visit a garage that keeps you updated with progress.

I would definitely not recommend this company. I bought a car from them back in May and it started playing up. After taking it back twice and being reassured the problem was solved, it hasn’t been solved and the car broke down with me and two very small children inside it was also shaking and losing power on the motorway which is so dangerous to say it’s a family car. The manager and the business manager and Sam are all aware of this and have not contacted me despite promising me several times. Every time I call or email I am ignored. The car is not fit for purpose and the safety of my children is paramount and yet they are still to rectify this horrific situation.

Andrew Manchester at Luscombe’s Leeds did all he could to provide us with the best deal that he could to change our MG5 for a new car. He even allowed us to change our minds at the last minute to replace the MG4 77 kw extended range which we had ordered to a MGs5ev. This was a more efficient vehicle and much more comfortable. Nothing appeared too much trouble for him.
He wasn’t available on the day that we collected the car but other team people which we dealt with were all pleasant and helpful.
A telephone call from Andy as a follow up contact was good.

Dealt with lucy & sam ,both very helpful & knowledgeable. Didn't buy car from them this time but certainly would deal with them for next car in couple of years time. Not pushy sales & seem to be very respectful. Well done luscombes.

Just purchased a car from Luscombe's and I'll buy from them again. Great staff, a great price and excellent customer service made it a very easy, pleasant experience.
