Excellent website product almost too good to be true but I have to say it is exactly as shown but even more beautiful when it arrived and unpacked. I cannot wait for my pup Piglet to arrive on the 1st October!!

Ordering great. Delivery fast, product fab, dog seems real comfy and relaxed in it and previously struggled with motion sickness - so real happy with product. Only issue, far too many emails.

💯 the best quality product I have seen in a long time. As a premium, one on one dog walker & boarder this is a must have for me and looks so in incredibly stylish in my passenger seat! Super fast delivery, great packaging & so easy to use. Bella - Salty Dogs Cornwall

We were looking for this very item
So we ordered.
Very prompt delivery.
And a quality item followed instructions to build ,very easy and very happy with quality

Purchased the pod, sunshade and fold out mat and love them all but felt the bottom cushion on pod was too fluffy and prevented my handicapped dog from turning around easily in the bed so took out the cushion and replaced w crate mat. Also sunshade fell on top of my dog rather than above him so had to rig a longer attachment to my air vent in front of car. The fold out bed has yet to be tested but I am sure they will love it!

Fast efficient, answered a query I had very promptly. Excellent product, dog loves travelling in her pod

Love the products and doggies are liking them too!

Easy to order, high quality products, fast delivery and kept informed throughout the whole process.

Follow instructions exactly and it works beautifully

We absolutely love Rain’s XL Travel Pod! 🐾 It’s been so useful when we’re travelling, especially for hotel stays, as it gives her a comfortable and familiar space to settle in wherever we are. It’s spacious enough for her to stretch out, really well made and easy to take with us. A must-have for any dog who loves adventures as much as Rain does! ❤️

The travel pod was dispatched the same day we ordered it and it arrived the next day. Customer service was excellent and when my husband emailed with a question prior to ordering the response was speedy and helpful. Our 11 week old puppy loves his new bed and promptly fell asleep in it on his first journey.

There is a problem with a zip on the pod. I emailed a photo but have not received a response. I tried calling the phone number but it is not connected.
Very poor after-sales experience

Customer service is excellent. Delivery was excellent and fast and the product is on another level of superb.. my dog absolutely loves it. He nestles down, puts his head over the side and sleeps. And I really feel like he’s safe.

Absolutely incredible. The service from start to finish has been brilliant. Delivery was fast, packaged fantastic, and I love that your able to put the pod together yourself - with the help of four paws!
The pods are truly fantastic, insane quality and extremely safe and secure, meaning my dogs are now able to travel comfortably, settled and not anxious at all. It's been a game changer for those longer car journeys and holidays. Even better, we can use it as a bed for holiday too, the dogs couldn't be happier or us.
Beautiful options available, with simply stunning colours, I think I could have one of EVERY colour. Thank you so much guys x

Beautiful quality as always. Ice loves his new portable bed that matches his travel pod, perfectly. Delivery was exceptional

Excellent customer service.

I was a bit sceptical because of the cost but this has made mine and my cocker spaniel’s life much easier. He loves sitting in the car but it wasn’t stable for him whenever I turned or breaked. Now he’s comfy, safe, he can curl up and sleep, and I don’t have to worry. The isofix model is great quality and very stable. It takes a bit of wrangling to get all the pillows in the cover, but it’s worth it!
