Placed an order that was cancelled 8 days later due to a confirmation process that wasn't explained on the website or order email confirmation.
But will give 5 stars for the specific customer service in responding to the issue. Although it took extra time and steps, the problem is being resolved. Will update again when all goes through with placing my order again.

Good service, bad communication

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because after receiving an invoice for the order, we never received any kind of shipping info to know when it would arrive.
