On adding additional filters to sort by brand, etc, this is a great idea. We've added this to our development queue so that we can push it to the site in a coming release. On logging into the site/customer accounts, we deliberately omit this feature because we want to collect and store as little data as possible about our customers in order to protect their privacy. Fortunately, you can check the status of your order anytime via the tracking number sent to you in the shipping confirmation email. We appreciate your feedback and don't hesitate to reach out if we can be of any help with your next purchase!

Luvoqa has an awesome, curated collection of body-safe sex toys and accessories. I appreciate their gender-neutral and inclusive marketing. And they have free shipping! (I got my packages within a week of placing the order.) I really like that the company only sells totally body-safe items- I was able to buy toy cleaner without spending ages researching it to make sure there's nothing funky in it.
I do wish the site had a section for reviews- it was a little inconvenient to have other tabs open to check out products while shopping- but this is probably not feasible yet. The site is still fantastic.

Not only does Luvoqa have an excellent selection of product, but their customer service is on point. I had many questions about plugs and lube, trying to select the right one, and Luvoqa answered every question, suggesting different lubes depending on the plug. More importantly, I was educated on which lubes NOT to use with certain materials.
I have recommended Luvoqa to several friends and will be sure to return for my next adventure into toy land.
