The customer service is excellent, well organised and good pricing with the blinds we got installed. Helpful people with colour choices and styles of blinds.

Nice gallery with all the samples possible, easy to choose what you're after. The guys who've measured my windows also brought little samples with them and suggested different options based on their experience and other people's feedback. This has helped me to chose the window coverings that I didn't consider before, which is great. Both orders were delivered in time and even earlier than I've expected around the Christmas period. Installation was nice, quick, clean and didn't require any of my input. Very happy with the experience overall.

HFT interiors were fantastic. They helped with lots of advice on luxaflex blinds, the ordering and installation was well organised, and the installer arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

Fabulous installation following advice on best options . All staff very friendly & very impressed with pick up on previously installed blinds that were deemed not up to standard & subsequently replaced.

From start to finish the team from HFT were outstanding. Professional service, excellent advice, prompt delivery and expert installation for all products we purchased. We have both outdoor and indoor luxaflex blinds and are extremely happy with quality and the fabulous results.

We have Luxaflex blinds in our own home and have recently installed them in a renovation, to sell home and live the product. The only thing I was disappointed in this time was finding out the warranty does not carry through to the new owners of the home we will sell, even though they are brand new.

We had a great experience with HFT Interiors, Kingston, Tas. The staff, especially, Sonia Mayer, were very helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and (importantly) patient when we were trying to choose window furnishings, and the range of colours was extensive. We also did not feel pressured in any way. After comparing a few companies we decided on HFT Interiors because we were confident that we were in good hands. The person who came to measure our windows was great and gave us lots of information. Then, having placed our order for Duette Ultraglide, we were surprised and pleased when only three weeks later, we were contacted to say our order had arrived. A few days later one of their staff, Paul Di Benedetto, brought them to our house and easily installed all 12 duettes within the hour, taking the time to show us how to operate them. They look fabulous! They work really well to keep the heat in on cold winter days! We are so impressed with HFT Interiors and would highly recommend them to others looking for window furnishings.

Luxaflex has enabled comfortable and effortless access to the gorgeous views from the front windows of our new home. At the outset we installed Luxaflex Duette Shades. The Duette system allows us to fine-tune privacy, view and ever-changing light conditions throughout the day. What better mechanism to achieve this? We are delighted with a product that has already proved durable and at the same time is an elegant and harmonious item in our living space.

This is the second entire house of Luxaflex blinds we have purchased through HFT. We love their customer service, professionalism and quick turnaround. We loved the look, clean lines, modern look and amount of warmth our blinds kept in our new build, that when we sold and purchased again there was no other option but to purchase the exact same blinds for our next home. Even when one of our blinds was faulty, Luxaflex replaced it quickly with no questions and HFT had it installed so quickly.

Our newly installed Luxaflex Duette ultraglide is not only stylish and sleek looking but has given our large open space a much warmer and thermally insulated feel.
We love our new blinds and plan to install more throughout our home.

We love our Luxaflex Duette blinds. They look fabulous, they are easy to use, and they insulate the house really well. We love how they can open from both the top and the bottom to allow the light in whilst maintaining privacy. Highly recommend!
